Wonderful people, very attentive. We went looking for a specific used car. I had e-mailed ahead and the car was waiting all washed and ready. We were assisted by a very nice young man We went looking for a specific used car. I had e-mailed ahead and the car was waiting all washed and ready. We were assisted by a very nice young man named Dominique. He is new to the dealership and a little nervous I think. Dominique was very polite and answered all our questions. Our test drive went well. We negotiated a price and a deal was struck. Darren from the financing end took over and was once again very polite, professional and made you feel very relaxed. The entire process was effortless and painless. We arranged for pick up a couple of days later and the car was ready and spotless. Dominique once again helped us through the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership for your next car. All that we came in contact with were very helpful, professional and just plain nice people. P.S. Not impressed with this dealership at all! Buying our first car here was a horrible experience. The salesman was in such a hurry to sell the vehicle and promised u with this dealership at all! Buying our first car here was a horrible experience. The salesman was in such a hurry to sell the vehicle and promised us that the bumps and scratches to the car would be fixed, along with the broken tailgate handle. They also promised to do an oil change and top up all fluids. We received a call the following Wednesday that the car was ready for pick up. We went to pick it up and not only could they not find the keys to the car, but all the repairs that were promised to be done, were not done. They also forgot to mention that the tires that came with the car were nitrogen filled (which our neighbor told us) and apparently Ford does not have the equipment to fill them. They also forgot to mention that there are special bolts on the wheels to prevent theft, which we had to buy the tools for to remove the bolts. They made our first experience with Ford a bad one. Will never return to them again and will never recommend them!!! They care more about making a sale then anything else. We also ended up finding the exact same vehicle, same year, same KMs, same everything at a different dealership a few weeks later, about $5000 cheaper. What a rip off! More
