A Total TEN!! Extreme Satisfaction All Around!!! I came thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. I even had the perfect car in mind (so I thought) but after talking with Stacey Cooke about my needs an I came thinking I knew exactly what I wanted. I even had the perfect car in mind (so I thought) but after talking with Stacey Cooke about my needs and wants (from style, pick-up, gas mileage, weather challenges, safety features and cost) Stacey knew exactly the right vehicle to meet all my requirements . It was refreshing to deal with an experienced professional who genuinely cared and listened. After Stacey set me up with a test drive the rest was history! I'm grateful every morning I hop into my new Ford Escape. It's my first S.U.V. but it won't be my last!
