We both felt as though it was like they had no interest in selling us any truck? We went home and decided we would visit North York Chrysler the next day. I had connected with them earlier that evening by online chat. Roger Tudor gave me some information and early Saturday we were off in search of our first new truck. We arrived at the dealer, and before we had a chance to actually get in side we were welcomed outside by a Sales person who was busy with a customer. He directed us to the door. We went inside and were greeted by Manager Michael. We were offered Lunch and drinks and then connected to our Sales person? All we could say both my husband and I were WOW!!!! What a difference in dealerships? Bobby was so friendly and helpful while at the same time not pushy or hurried? He gave us the low down on the vehicle and then took his time with our questions, Very polite, informative and just an all round nice guy. WOW again we were blown away by the customer service. Bobby went above and beyond to make sure our visit was a pleasant one. Every one we met was just so friendly and helpful. We can't wait till Tuesday when we pick up our New Truck. I would recommend Noth York Chrysler and Bobby to anyone looking for a vehicle. Keep doing what your doing because obviously you got it right. More

Great service - EVERYWHERE! I've been servicing my 2011 Wrangler at North York Chrysler for 4 years. Their service department has been wonderful. They go over every previous service to make sure I'm only getting done what needs to get done. And the mechanics do a great job every time. Well, it seems that when I was in for my regular service last month I noticed a late model Chevy Camaro sitting in the lot...for sale. I'd been looking for that exact car for over a year. This day I had decided to sit around while the service on the Jeep was being done and I got antsy. My service adviser (Brenda - she's OUTSTANDING!) pointed me in the direction of the sales department when I asked about the Chevy. By the end of my service I had met Olim Khasanov (a fabulous salesman), gone for a test drive, been quoted a trade-in price for my Kia and worked out payments. This was a Friday. On Tuesday I came back to make the deal, and Olim, once again, worked with me without any pressure, to get me a deal that I was happy with. I was told the car would be ready for pick up on the Sunday. When I got home I realized, that not only was I unavailable all day Sunday, but my kids were sleeping out Friday and Saturday, and it was supposed to be bright and sunny on those days with rain late on Saturday and all day Sunday. Did I mention that the Camaro is a convertible? I called Olim and asked him if there was any way to get the car in shape (detailed, serviced, certified, plated, etc) by Friday so I could enjoy it all weekend. He said that he would do whatever it would take. True to his word, a text followed later that day confirming that it would be ready at 6 on Friday. Though the dealership would be closed, he would wait after hours to get me on my way. Now THAT'S going the extra mile (er..kilometre in Canada). While I was out on the road that Friday afternoon I got a call around 4:30 from Olim - the car was ready. What more can I say about North York Chrysler? I can tell you, that if you need a car (new or used), Olim Khasanov is the guy to speak with. And once you have the car - service it there.
