I felt sorry for him because i was dealing with him a couple weeks ago on a w i am so happy to purchase a 2015 Grand Cherokee Altitude with Frank Shi. I felt sorry for him because i was dealing with him a couple weeks ago on a wrangler but it did not work out for both of us. But he was offering me alternatives and eventually i was able to get a better vehicle, 2015 grandcherokee Altitude. And frank was here at dealership on Sunday in order to let me drive the new vehicle asap. it was really appreciated. Also i would give credit to sales manager Gillian as well. Thanks him and Gillian work out the best payment for me and delivered me the brand new vehicle. really a nice dealership. More

Looking for poor service? This is the place for you! I have had a couple of bad experiences here. More than one because they didn't get the job done the first time because they either ran out of time or I have had a couple of bad experiences here. More than one because they didn't get the job done the first time because they either ran out of time or didn't have the parts. If I write out all the details it will sound petty, so I'll just summarize. -They try to sell services not required or recommended by the manufacturer. -When they say they will call you, don't believe it. -If you try to call them there's a good chance you will get the run around, and when you get put on hold (and you will) you can listen to recordings that say things like "We guarantee the absolute best service," and "We deliver peace of mind," just to get your blood really boiling. -If you make an appointment, there's a good chance they won't even look at your vehicle that day, or will try to rush it all in once you come to pick it up and make you wait. -I have suspicions (but can't prove it) that they don't even do some of the work you've paid for, in my case I suspect the oil was never changed and the fluids weren't checked. -My overall impression is that it's not run very professionally - there's lots of random shabby people walking in and out that I assume are employees but no one seems to have time to help you, and you can see little clusters of employees smoking by the door and the "No smoking within 5m of building" sign. -Some of the people I spoke to on the phone (and I spoke to a lot) were pleasant, but others seem to have a lot of practice dealing with angry customers....sort of a, "You got a problem, talk to someone who cares, because I hear this every day" attitude. -On the positive side, the shuttle drivers are pleasant, but they better be because it's a difficult place to get to and from, and this is a big issue if you can't get hold of them to find out the time the vehicle will be ready to be picked up. I have to go to a Ram dealer while my truck is still under warranty, so I'm going to try another one closer to my work and hope for better luck. I will definitely not return to this place. More

My family and I came to North York Chrysler to look for a new sports I would definitely buy my next car at North York Chrysler and with Amin Rostami. My family and I came to North York Chrysler to look for a new sports car and was very pleasantly surprised by what a exceptional dealership North York Chrysler is. They had a large selection of luxury cars to choose from, fair pricing, excellent customer service and straight forward negotiations. The dealership was excellent and and so was the Sales Representative that helped us. Amin was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and honest in dealings with us. He was very open to discussing the plus and minuses of different cars he showed us. It was not all about price, profit, and high pressure sales tactics, he gave us his honest feedback on each car we looked at and was very responsive to our inquiries or requests. I don't usually buy a car on first visit but I was so impressed that I bought my car outright. Equally amazing was th excellent job the dealership did in preparing our new car for pickup. I was very happy with the work they did in getting the car ready on time including washing and buffing, performing detailed cleaning and performing warranty services to ensure our factory warranty was in place from the manufacturer. In addition, Amin was so helpful - he even took the time to show me all of the features of the car. I'm so very impressed with the exceptional service and value received from North York Chrysler and Amin Rostami. Great job - you have one more happy customer !!! More

Not only did they have an amazing selection of Wranglers, it was a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Amin Rostami, who was extremely knowledgable about the various Wrangler editions. He was so much fun to work with because he allowed the Jeep to sell itself, took the time to understand what we were looking for (and put up with my last minute changes), was flexible with our buying pace, and his low pressure, black and white sales allowed us to be at ease throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Amin at this dealership. During the buying process we worked with another sales rep, and we definitely missed Amin - so I would definitely ask for him specifically! Great guy, so knowledgable and approachable. Pros: Amin Rostami, friendly dealership, low pressure sales, lots of vehicle selection, no slimy bargaining tactics, hot dog BBQ, fast turn around time from sale to delivery. Cons: -Got in all excited to drive my brand new Wrangler off the lot with NO gas in the tank. I am surprised I made it to the gas station. -Lengthy post-sales process where I was offered what seemed like everything but the practical things that I would have actually wanted for my specific vehicle purchase (wheel locks, hood locks, etc) thus having to go into another dealership (just closer to my home) afterwards to add-on basic parts. -Despite booking a delivery appointment, unfortunately Amin was busy during our delivery process and we worked with a different sales rep for the final signing of papers. This was a very disorganized, long, process. Further, they kept my trade-in vehicle registration, costing me a replacement fee when I needed to turn in my old license plates for a reimbursement. Just make sure you're on the ball and don't let this happen in the whole shuffle. Ask for Amin, and double check for the little things - you won't be disappointed! I am loving my Jeep! Alzan made the whole process as smooth as how my new van drives. We have purcased many vehicles in our past but in our future they will all be from Alzan Khan at North York Chrysler. Uneducated Staff, Disappointing Customer Service After searching for my ideal car to replace my previous one for a couple months I finally found what seemed to be a decent deal on a 2010 Camaro LS at After searching for my ideal car to replace my previous one for a couple months I finally found what seemed to be a decent deal on a 2010 Camaro LS at North York Chrysler. I called the dealership before visiting to ask the usual questions about its condition to ensure it was worth my hour long drive to look at it, and they said I could take it for a test drive that night. When I showed up it was in the shop getting the brakes replaced, and it was in filthy condition, so they told me to come back the next day, I was a little annoyed but agreed anyways. I came back a few days later, and after a couple hours of looking, test driving and talking I still could not get them to budge on the price, but I finally agreed to pay the listed price. The dealer told me the backseat did not fold down but once I brought it home after buying it I found out that it did, which made me question how much the guy even knew about the car he had sold me. Also I never received a thorough explanation on any of the car's functions before leaving the lot which I thought was unusual. I had brought a CD to play on the way home from the dealership and the stereo just ejected it, which I figured was a scratched CD, so I went home anyway. I tried a few more CDs, realized it was the actual head unit that was faulty and called the dealership again. They said bring it in next week, so I did. After looking at it they called me to say the head unit needs to be replaced and it will cost me over $550, I told them it did not work from the day I bought it and they should cover it on their own, but they consistently told me they would not. I felt like this was a slap in the face, and even after talking to the manager Sarah (who seemed like she could not have cared less to fix the issue or keep me as a happy customer) I didn't get anywhere. Now I am stuck with a nice car with a faulty head unit that I refuse to pay to have fixed. I would stay away from this place and look for a more knowledgable and customer friendly dealership. More
