I bought a used Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. The I bought a used Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. The sales person was friedly and the overall purchase process was smooth. (This was part of their seles picth, price includes satey and emmision test) The car came with 30 day safety warenty and I was told they will be happy to fix any safety related issues within this period with out any charge. After drving for 10 Kms the "Check engine Light came on". And also I noticed the Driver side heater was not working (No warm air) I called them rightaway and was told to make an appointment so they can take a look. The lady over the phone became very rude as soon as she realized I was trying to get something fixed as part of warenty. When I took the car to their service center on the appointment day I was told that the person who can work with Foreign cars hasn't come yet and didn't know when he will be coming. Remember I had booked an appointment with them and they took down all the details including make of the car. After 30 mins of argument they decided to contact this foreign car mechanic and I was told to come back in an hour. When I went back the "Special mechanic" had arrived and they took the car in. After 10 mins of testing I was told there is a problem with the thermostat and they will be replacing it without any charges, however I was told that I need to bring the car back because they have to get the parts from Mercedes-Benz. And I was told replacing the thermostat would fix the driver side heater problem as well. It took another 3 weeks before they gave me the second appointment. The reason given was "the special mechanic" who can work on foreign cars was injured. By this time I've lost the trust in these guys. And on the second appointment the car was taken in and while I was waiting the car was taken to the back and brought back in about 45 mins. And I was told everything is fixed. The "Check engine light" was gone. However the driver side heating problem hasn't gone away and was told give it couple of days and it will work . Really???????? Exactly after 10 days the check engine ligt came back on. ( Now the warenty is over). You make the judgment, weather you want to do anythign with this dealership. More

Althought they appeared to be great, the sales person misled us about repairing a tear in the seat of a used vehicle we were intending to purchase. They gave us the car with absolutely NO gas. Would never deal with this place again. $26,000 and they couldn't fix a tear as agreed on, or put in some gas? More

Went in to buy a pre owned vehicle with my trade in (20k vehicle worth) and got the silliest and time wasting offer I could not even imagine. BUYER BEWARE! Do not finance through this dealer! BUYER BEWARE! Do not finance through this dealer! My husband and I went to North York Chrysler to look at a used SUV. When we arrived we hadn't BUYER BEWARE! Do not finance through this dealer! My husband and I went to North York Chrysler to look at a used SUV. When we arrived we hadn't been on the property 2 minutes when greeted by a nervous salesman who rushed us in to fill out a form for their private sale. We were passed on to a man who introduced himself from the head office and that we needed to fill out a paper so that he can track how the salespeople are doing - not the most inviting reason to fill out a form. It said there were prizes but no one told us what they were, which would have been a more inviting reason to fill out the form. I personally don't care about how they track their sales staff. After seeing the car we sat down with the sales rep and he said they finance billions of dollars and their financing rates range between 3 and 5%. We then asked to get the financing costs and he ran off for 10 minutes and came back with a paper that had a monthly cost over 5 years and 6 years for both monthly and bi-monthly which were much higher than we had worked out. When my husband asked about what interest rate they were using the sale rep stumbled around saying it was in the price and wouldn't tell us the rate they used. Upon saying the cost was too high the sales rep went and got a cost over 7 years. In the end when we left we calculated that they had to be using 8.1%. He would also not let us leave with the paper with the pricing. But we memorized the final number they came back with of $565 monthly over 7 years. The amount we would be financing was 36157.74 and when working with an amortization calculator to reach $565.35 a month it calculated out at 8.1%. So much for that 3 to 5% financing they mentioned. Watch out for these guys, they are shady and totally scamming people who aren't questioning their interest rate and simply fall for an amount they can afford. They are not at all upfront about what's really in that finance total! Do not trust these people! Hey Marketplace you want to investigate someone here they are! More

I just want to say that this was by far the best car buying experience I've had and this is the 5th car that I've bought. I only wish I had bought my previous vehicles at North York Chrysler.
