Best dealer service experience you will ever receive. This dealership has been so good that three of my family's cars are serviced here and one is not even a Chrysler product. I've been servicing my cars here for years and the service has left nothing to complain about. Very competent and their work is absolutely reliable. But more than that are the little extras that I've never received anywhere else in my 40 years of car ownership. Many garages have some sort of pick up or drop off service but these guys go beyond the 'usual radius'. Then there are the other little things such as coffee or complimentary breakfast (if you get there early enough and have to wait a little), internet access and cell phone charging stations. The cars are always returned clean and there is also the convenience of paying right there where the car is serviced instead of having to walk through some maze to get to some other place to pay. Finally, I cannot repeat how outstanding the staff are. From Leonora (what as asset she is to this company) and Brenda (always returns calls promptly), Paulo and Glen at the service desks to John who still occasionally does driver duty and always has an interesting story to tell. This has to be the best place in Toronto to get your car serviced. It certainly is for me. More

Recurring problem with jeep bought a jeep 2 years ago in Quebec and moved to Ontario for work . I needed a dealer with great service and I found it with Anthony from north York j bought a jeep 2 years ago in Quebec and moved to Ontario for work . The reason for this is that my jeep has been in the shop many many times for various repairs done under warranty . However there were a couple of problems with the jeep that mechanics from the dealership could not reproduce . Every time I would bring it in to find the problem Anthony the shop Forman was there guiding his mechanics To areas where the problem could be found . I got the sense they were really trying to help me with the problems the truck was having that I could count on them to service my car . Because Canada does not have lemon laws like in the USA whereby you can return your new car to the manufacturer of the same problem reproduces . In Canada we are stuck with what we buy . Amy, Tim, Shahab and Jason in part & services are absolutely amazing to deal with - incredibly knowledgable and highly attentive. I'm normally pretty apprehensive of bringing my rubicon into dealerships due to suspicion of potential gouging, so I call around for quotes and find at North York jeep they all ally those fears and give me the best possible rate. They will even try and fix parts instead of replacing the whole piece. For example I dented my fender on a pole and instead of quoting me for replacing the whole piece they simply told me it could easily be fixed with new clips and a small part, thus saving me the hundreds I was quoted elsewhere. Jason also painted my headlamp protectors yellow himself instead of sending it out for the job, and it looks amazing. Further, we had a minor fender bender in the lot while moving the car, and without question or hassle they're replacing the damaged part entirely at no cost. The most important thing however is that everyone is always super friendly and usually gives us coffee at the little cafe while we wait. I thought that was a nice touch 😀. Hooray for awesome people!
