Hi Dar, Let us start by apologizing for the inconvenience caused at our dealership. We are also sorry for the fact that the vehicle you were interested in was sold to someone else. We had a discussion with Yasir on this matter and he informed us that on Saturday you wanted to put a deposit of $200 to hold the vehicle. Also, you wished to trade-in your car but since you were on a tight schedule, you couldn't wait for us to evaluate your car and give you an appraisal value. Firstly, we need to evaluate your vehicle before giving you an appraisal value, and secondly, we can only accept a minimum deposit of $500 once the appraisal value for your trade-in is agreed upon. Nevertheless, since you were getting late, you decided to visit again on Monday morning and Yasir agreed to hold the car for you anyways. On Monday, we had a customer walk and he decided to purchase the car. Since there wasn't a deposit on the car, one of our sales representative sold it and Yasir was only made aware of it after the sale was made. Yasir apologized and accepted that he was wrong on his part when he agreed to hold the vehicle for you but he also explained to you that without your trade-in appraisal value and a deposit it would be practically impossible to hold the vehicle. All said and done, no amount of explanation can change what has happened and we honestly apologize for your unsatisfactory experience at our dealership.
