She was able to help my boyfriend and I out and went above and beyond. She explains everything thoroughly and puts the customers first. She speaks in such a friendly manner, makes you feel comfortable and that your in good hands and gets the job done. She also advises before starting any service, which is what we like as some dealerships just do the work and throw a bill at you. We get our oil changes done here and brakes, all the staff was awesome even the gentlemen that worked on our Jeep! I don't think i will ever go back to Downsview Chrysler as our experience there was nothing like North York! North York will always be our go to thanks to Heather she definitey exceeded our expectations and made us feel like valueble clients.
