When it was apparent that my car would not be ready that day, she arranged for a rental. Two days after my appointment, she called back to inquire about the repair. When she learned that the job was not done to my satisfaction she arranged for me to come back the next day and personally took care of the situation. It was by far the best customer car I have experienced! She took a personal interest such that I will have no hesitation in returning to the dealership in the future More
Dishonest & Deceptive Sales... BUYER BEWARE. I visited this dealership to purchase a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My entire experience was filled with typical high pressure sales tactics and lies. I visited this dealership to purchase a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My entire experience was filled with typical high pressure sales tactics and lies. I had found a similar vehicle for $61,000 (including an extended Chrysler warranty) at another dealership, but it was not the colour I wanted. North York had a similar vehicle in the correct colour so I went there looking to see if they would match the price for the vehicle and warranty from the other dealership. I had done a lot of research into the extended warranties and knew that only the ones provided by the manufacturer were actually worth investing in. There are many third party warranties available, but good luck getting re-imbursed if anything ever goes wrong. A quick google search related to any of these companies will provide you with endless hours of horror stories to read. My salesperson Ali and his manager Yasir utilized all the normal high pressure sales tactics that one would expect from a low end dealership. Once I provided them with the written estimate from the other dealership (which included the CHRYSLER warranty) Yasir agreed to sell the vehicle for $62,500 ($1500 more), even though he was going to "loose money on the deal". I decided to go ahead with the purchase because I really wanted the colour they had in stock, but asked Yasir to provide me with the details of the extended warranty so that I could make sure he was providing the correct Chrysler package (there are about 10 different options). His response was "it's exactly the same as what you requested from the other dealer". I told him that I would not proceed with the purchase until he told me exactly what I was receiving. And the truth... After endless requests for proof of the type of warranty, Yasir contacted me and said that there was "some sort of mixup" and they had actually quoted me with a THIRD PARTY warranty (not backed by Chrysler) that only covered the engine, but they only did it so they could "match" the price from the other dealer. Ali, Yasir and the finance manager knew that I had zero interest in anything but a Chrysler warranty and still tried to deceive me. I asked to speak with the general manager (who could never be bothered to get back to me), but did speak with a sales supervisor who tried to defend their actions (and told me I probably wasn't very clear about what I wanted) instead of just apologizing for the mixup. Yasir agreed to fix the issue and put the proper warranty on the vehicle, but when I got the updated paperwork, the price had increased by another $3000! At this point I left the dealership and went somewhere else. Also, here are some lines Yasir & his friends used that I found funny. Right out of the sleazy salesman handbook: - We can sell it to you for.... but I'm going to loose money on this deal - This offer is only good until the end of the day - If you sign the agreement right now, you have X amount of days to change your mind. - After taking a test drive and looking at the numbers I said I needed to think about it as their price was still high. Their response "was there something wrong with the car, what do you need to think about?" Avoid this place... More

He told us that if you want to buy then go for financing, and you don't need to pay any hidden fees like admin lien or any other charges and no interest for one month. . When we confirm with the finance guy he refused for that term and then sales person came and changed his statement in front of finance officer. They can not sell one vehicle to two different person at a time. Sales Manager was also involved and responsible in this matter. I never recommend any customer for North York Chrysler. Very Bad experience. More

WHY did I receive another email from Hassan at 11am about the vehicle? I drove 3 hours to this appointment. Your excuses; Hassan is only a marketing rep, we have sooo many salespeople, we're such a large dealership, cars are selling all the time. DON'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS. LEARN HOW TO USE ONLINE SERVICING. I wasn't a tire-kicker. I was a serious buyer who thought making an appointment meant something to you. Wasted my time and hope this post ensures no one else has to. More

Dealer has no confidence in used cars After I had placed a deposit on a used Audi I was informed that the car had been in an accident and the frame was damaged. The dealer was unable to provide details of the damage done other than say that it had been repaired. I was committed to buying the car but wanted to have the car looked at by a nearby Audi service center (at my expense) to ensure that the damage to the frame had been repaired properly. The dealer refused. I was told I could either take the car without having the benefit of an inspection of the damage or they would return my deposit and sell the car to someone else. I think that my request was very reasonable under the circumstances and can't understand why the dealer would not have enough confidence in the car to allow a third party to perform an inspection. I was very disappointed to have to walk away (having incurred the cost of traveling from Newfoundland to buy the car) but felt that I had no choice given potential problems associated with a damaged frame. Why was I not allowed to take the car down the street for a quick inspection. Isn't the first rule of used car buying to have an inspection so that you know what you are getting into? Adding insult to injury, my deposit was not returned in full. I was billed nearly $300 for detailing and a temporary licence. Buyers beware! More
