I had no idea that I will buy a jeep but when I meet Raymond, he made me through it to get in the jeep. I appreciate the style or techniques this man had as a salesman, 1st I thought he don't know about the jeep but later I realized that his style and which made me to study of the car and asked him all kind of questions and he had all the answers. And he make me to buy the most wonderful car in my life, which fits me perfectly.. Thanks Raymond for all your help, suggestions and knowledge. You are the best. More

But afterwards, when it reaches to customer service and aftertaste services, there is a different story. You have to remind them of your protection package every time as apparently their system doesn't show it or they don't check it properly otherwise you will be charged for what you have already paid for. There is no email or phone communication for reminding you of the periodic services so you have to remember it! No reminder! They called me several times for attending sale events. I asked to remind me one day in a dance by email or phone call, this never happened. So, though they do great technical service for your car, their communication with clients is awful. More

NOTHING compares to how I am treated by North York, specifically their service people, even more specifically Heather Kavanagh. I have had nothing but positive experiences. Heather is pleasant to speak with over the phone and in person - so many other dealership's service people are miserable. Heather actually smiles and enjoys her job! he goes out of her way for you, and always updates me on how things are coming along via email or phone call. I am so impressed by North York every time I am in contact with them. I highly recommend this dealership. More

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT BUY HERE! LONG, BUT A MUST READ! I purchased a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler and I wish I had purchased it somewhere else. Worst Customer Service I've ever had buy LONG, BUT A MUST READ! I purchased a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler and I wish I had purchased it somewhere else. Worst Customer Service I've ever had buying a vehicle. I am completely disappointed that I gave this dealership my money. They are dishonest and unethical. Nothing was as it was supposed to be when I went to pick up the vehicle. The Jeep has mechanical issues that I know could not have been missed during their "COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION" that they claim they do. I don't think they even did a safety check on it. No oil change was done on it (I had it done when I got it home) and they didn't even change out the extremely dirty air filter. They didn't even notice that one of the bolts that hold on the hard-top was missing. Safety Tested??? I strongly doubt it. The staff are only friendly until you start asking questions. They completely took all the joy out of the experience. They were even patronizing to my wife because she had questions they couldn't answer. She was in tears when we left. There were several other unhappy customers at the dealership the day I went to pick up my vehicle. I actually heard a sales person say to an upset customer "That's not our problem. It's yours." The poor man left the dealership yelling. I would NEVER recommend this dealership or any others owned by these people. THE VEHICLE I BOUGHT: 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara None of the Sales people I dealt with (and I dealt with different ones every time I called!) could tell me much about the vehicle, however the add on Auto trader and on the dealership website said "IN FANTASTIC SHAPE!". The Jeep was reduced in price because it had higher than average kms and had been in an accident. Despite these things, it was still not cheap - $27,998.00 was the advertised price. I'm not always supportive of buying vehicles that have been damaged but I was able to contact the previous owner and found out that it was not in an accident, rather hit in a parking lot. The previous owner confirmed that the repairs were done at a Certified Chrysler Dealership (Not North York) and there was no internal damage. Just some body work needed to be done. In 10 minutes I was able to get all the information about the Jeep I needed and felt more confident about buying it. None of the 5 or 6 sales and finane people I talked to could answer any of my questions. I spent 2 weeks trying to negotiate a deal over the phone with the dealership, as I live 3 hours away. I was never able to speak to the same person and was given different price numbers every time I called. So frustrating. I should have bailed at that point. I'm totally kicking myself now. I would leave repeated messages for sales and finance people and did not get return phone calls. To be clear......my financing was approved on the first day I called. There was little work they needed to do other than tell me if they could get me in the price range I was looking for. You would think they would do everything they could to sell me a vehicle knowing that the money was there. I felt like they didn't care about my business because I wasn't spending $50 or $60 thousand on a new vehicle. The issues go on and on. I was told the Jeep would be ready on Friday for pick up. Sam told me that all they would have to do is change over the license plates go over the paperwork and I'd be on my way. In and Out he said. Didn't happen that way! (1) The numbers on the Financial Documents didn't match! They had 2 different prices listed as the "Selling Price" and BOTH were higher than the advertised and agreed upon price. No one could explain why this was. They danced around the issue and kept focusing on my bi-weekly payment amounts. The so-called Sales Manager, Yasher, fianlly changed the numbers on the Bill of Sale but the numbers were still incorrect on the Financing documents. The Finance Manager, Dara, was extremely rude to my wife when she asked for an explanation. He even said to her "It's only $40. Do you really want me to change the numbers for $40?" He even had the nerve to tell my wife that he had to "Work really hard to make this deal happen" WHAT?? Like I said earlier, my financing was approved the first day! The only thing the dealership did was give me an extra $250.00 for my trade. I think he said that to her in an effort to re-direct her from the different numbers on the financial documents. In the end they didn't change it because they told me they couldn't. Makes no sense to me. I'm feeling like I'm being ripped off somehow or something fraudulent has happened. $40 is $40! All the numbers should match on all documents. I'm calling my Finance company on Monday to get to the bottom of it. If I'm not satisfied, I'll be calling OMVIC! They need to know about this. (2) Worst detailing job I've ever seen! THERE WAS A FINGERNAIL CLIPPING ON THE FLOOR OF THE FRONT SEAT!!!! So gross! The interior was dirty, stains on the seats, and the inside of the hard-top was covered in grease, dirt, and dirty hand-prints. It looked like they washed the outside and sprayed Armour all on everything because it was all over the vehicle. I sure know they waxed it because there was a thick layer of white wax in ALL the crevices and joints. There was also white wax on all the black accents. When this was brought up to SAM my sales person, he said he could have it re-done but it would take 45 minutes. We had already been there 3 hours. Are you kidding me??? By the way, when I got it home I removed the Engine cover and found layered on grease and dirt that was never cleaned, the air filter was the dirtiest I'd ever seen, and the pressure washer took off layers of mud that was caked on under the fenders. (3) The Sales Manager checked his phone 4 times when my wife was asking him questions!!!! That's not only very rude, it's extremely bad customer service. She felt like her questions weren't being taken seriously. (4)They didn't give me the Grill that came on the Jeep I had them install a new Satin Black Grill before picking it up but they were supposed to give me the original one that came on it. After all, I paid for it. This didn't happen and of course, no one has returned my calls about it. BEST OF ALL!!! The throw-out bearing is gone on the clutch. This of course is not covered under warranty. I heard it the second they pulled the Jeep around to the front. When I asked about it, no one knew anything about it. How do you miss that during a COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION?. This is unacceptable just like all the other issues. Now I have to spend $1500.00 to get it fixed. I'm getting an estimate next week for it and letting North York know how much. They should be doing something about this. There is no way that they didn't hear that sound, It's very distinct! I was at the dealership for 4 hours with my wife and 2 year old son. By the time we got in the Jeep we were too frustrated and upset to deal with anymore issues. They do not negotiate at all on prices but as they had the car I wanted I settled for there over priced price. The sales man was very nice and I had no issue with him. The finacincing manger was a different story. He was very pushy, tried to raise my financing rate without telling me and then had to argue to get it back to what was agreed on. Kept pushing more warranties and stuff that I didn't want then got pissed off when I didn't buy them. Just wanted to get out of his office as soon as I could. Upon delivery the car arrived safetied with both rear shocks completely blown. On the highway felt like the car was going to bounce across the lanes very scary to drive. Also the oil looked like it hadn't been changed since new. Just all around disappointed in this dealership and definitely won't be going back. More

I was considering a number of solutions, from a rebuilt engine to a total write-off. When I met with Sarah Finlay to discuss the problem, she suggested replacing the dead engine with an identical, new Jeep engine. With the help of North York Chrysler, my end cost was substantially less than what all the other options would have cost me. I am grateful to Sarah for working to find a solution that suited my needs and budget. She went above and beyond to help me. WOW - THE BEST SERVICE IN CANADA!!!! In all my years, I have never came across a dealership that understands service. This has got to be hands down the BEST dealership in Canada!!! I am here temporarily from Alberta &my Fiat engine light came on.... From the moment that I called in to the dealership and spoke to Tim and Will I was treated with respect, my issues were listened to and they assured to me that I would be taken care of - even being from out of province. Looked up my warranty and noticed that I was able to have a loaner as I told them I had an out of town family reunion & did not want to miss this due to not having a car. No question this was taken care for me... Tim, Will, Jon & the team are ALL amazing... While I was waiting for my rental details to be worked out, They gave me a FREE breakfast voucher for their in house kitchen. The kitchen staff were polite, the service boys that move the cars were nice, every single person that I came in contact with was above and beyond!!!! I will be recommending this dealership to EVERYONE and ANYONE that will listen to me. My time here in Ontario will be short, but if I do ever have to come back this is the place to come - hands down. If it was a short time visit I would get a breakfast on them ... If its a longer time visit they would drive me where ever I need . The last time I was there was a recall on my stereo they had to switch it and put a new one. My mistake was I never took the kids CD out and they sheep it with my CD . I mentioned to them that this CD is very important for my kids and they mad sure Ill get it back !!! Thank you so much HEATER LEONARA for getting it back to me . Amazing customer service !! More
