Hi, We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do reserve the right to decline cash purchases for a various number of reasons and we have mentioned this on our website as well. We have had instances in the past where vehicles bought on cash were being illegally exported out of the country and as a dealership, we are liable for such cases. Hence we try all that we can to minimize such cases. The finance fee is $400 which goes towards all the paperwork we do with the banks/financial institutes and insurance companies. It covers the administrative costs required to deal with the bank in order to get the financing approved. As for the receptionist, we’re terribly sorry that you had a below par experience. We notified the management about this immediately, they looked into the matter and made the necessary changes. Again we apologize for not meeting your expectations.
