He had my Jeep looked at in the morning (got a courtesy ride to work in the area) and I picked it up in the early afternoon with the issue covered under warranty (battery). I've been reluctant to go to dealers over the years but I have been very happy with the honest and excellent service I have been given by Jonathan at North York Chrysler. Cheers Marco More
