Erfan made my truck purchase an enjoyable experience. I noticed the 2015 f-150 truck on auto trader. The price and stats on the truck were very reasonable. I live 2 hours East of North York Chrysler. I called the Dealership and was transferred to Erfan. Erfan was professional, imformative and friendly right from the start to finish.Erfan gave me full confidence to buy a vehicle from a long distance. I love my new truck. Excellent Customer Services Shaina, went out of her way to ensure I got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I was in a hurry and there was a wait time of 2 hours, my oil was Shaina, went out of her way to ensure I got my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. I was in a hurry and there was a wait time of 2 hours, my oil was low and I would not be able to wait till Tuesday (long weekend Monday Closed) and she was able to arrange that my car got services and I was out within an hour. Great Experience Came in for several concerns. They were addressed without being charged for minor adjustments or time spent on things they couldn't resolve (I believe Came in for several concerns. They were addressed without being charged for minor adjustments or time spent on things they couldn't resolve (I believed to have a pinhole leak in a tire... but they couldn't find it yet). Car turned out cleaner (inside and outside) after the general maintenance than when it was brought in which was a pleasant surprise. Feels nice when your property is respected by others. Great experience overall. More

Poor Service Worst service ever. Very unprofessional. They only care about getting the money, Staff is not knowledgeable at all. The manager of financial services Worst service ever. Very unprofessional. They only care about getting the money, Staff is not knowledgeable at all. The manager of financial services sits in his office and when you get upset he tries to bribe you with a gift and does not understand the actual meaning of customer service. We had gone to them to pick up our car, after waiting 4 hours in the office, they told us it is not ready yet even after we had called them early morning to notify them we will be coming to pick up the car. We had asked for a fulled gas tank because of the many inconveniences we had to face. They could not even fill up a $60 gas tank after selling a 50k car. Extremely upset with their service. Also, they make you sign 50 different documents and when you try to ask questions about anything, they have no answers and have to run to different managers back and forth to seek answers. The least they could do was try to make it somewhat less inconvenient for the customer, but it seemed like they only cared about making the sale. I would not recommend going to them at all.. More
