Hello, Sorry for your below par experience at our dealership. We understand your frustration but we’re afraid this isn’t the complete picture. You purchased a new vehicle from our dealership 2 years ago which according to you had some damage. The Sales Manager back then agreed to fix it, provided you bring it in at the earliest. You brought the vehicle back after 2 years and wanted to get the damage fixed. This is not only unacceptable at our dealership, but every single dealership that deals in new vehicles. Hello, We’re sorry you feel this way about our dealership, but the truth being told, we weren’t the reason behind the delay and additional expense you incurred to fix your vehicle. Your vehicle came into our dealership from Markham Mitsubishi for a check engine light and a recall check. We scanned your vehicle and found out that the 50 amp fuse was blown and the fan had to be replaced. The resistor was also checked and it tested ok. We informed Mitsubishi about the diagnostic report and they advised us not to work on the vehicle and that they would be picking up the vehicle from us shortly along with a new fan assembly that we ordered for the car but they would install it themselves. We put everything back in the car (including the blown fuse) and returned it exactly like we had received it. The service department at Mitsubishi installed the new fan and it didn’t work, so they assumed it needed a new resistor too and installed that. Still, the fan didn’t work, and that is when they checked the blown fuse and replaced it. We’re really sorry for you but honestly, this issue wasn’t because of us but because of the other dealership that fixed your vehicle. We hope your vehicle is perfectly fine now. Safe Driving!
