I was kindly greeted by a concierge at the front door that introduced me to sales rep Olim. Olim guided me through the process and answered every question I asked professionally. Knowledgeable of what my needs were and which vehicle is best. I also want to Thank Max in the finance department for doing the same. Making sure my purchase is adequately secure. He took the time to put in that little extra to create a succesful close to my purchase. I have to say that this is a very successful place to purchase your next vehicle. When it comes to customer service I with no doubt give everyone at North York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Fiat a 5star rating. Highly recommended I had an issue with a transmission for my Grand Caravan. They were able to identify the problem from the first attempt. My car was out of warranty, bu I had an issue with a transmission for my Grand Caravan. They were able to identify the problem from the first attempt. My car was out of warranty, but dealership found a way to reduce my cost dramatically. I highly recommend their service and will comeback again. Even when I'm out of warranty. a little deceptive advertising I saw the ad for a used 2013 Kia Sorento for 14,997 on auto trader. Emailed back and forth with the sales guy for about 10 emails. When I wanted to se I saw the ad for a used 2013 Kia Sorento for 14,997 on auto trader. Emailed back and forth with the sales guy for about 10 emails. When I wanted to see the vehicle, I was told that the cash price does not apply to me because I don't live in the immediate area. Really? I'd never heard that one before. Because I don't live in the area, I was told that I have to finance the Kia. But I wanted to pay cash. Sorry, I was told. I had to finance with a major bank in canada and pay a 400 dollar finance fee. This, the sales manager explained, was a kick back that the banks give to the dealership for forcing buyers to finance the vehicle. Now, I hadn't heard from the bank what the minimum penalty was for financing the loan and then paying it off. Hmmmmm........Something smells a little funny here. I'd be interested if anyone could tell me if this was even legal. I didn't want to give the dealership a 1 but the 2 rating actually said fair, and I can't agree that this was a fair practice. I have purchased many new vehicles over the years, alrhough this I my first Chrysler/Fiat product, it is the first time I had to pay for a full tank of gas - thought that was rather cheap. Other than that the experience was good - I am very happy with the car. More
