Car serviced very quickly. Staff helpful and accommodating. We always have our car serviced here; we bought it here too. Normally I know that for regular maintenance dealerships can be more expensive, but for routine things like synthetic oil change, they really are not. We are seniors on a fixed budget, and are usually granted some kind of discount as well, which really helps. We brought our car in most recently for a "curious" noise -- it was diagnosed and fixed quickly at minimal cost, We also noticed the fluids were topped. We were asked about replacing wiper blades, and had that done too --- all very quickly --- I hardly had time to finish my complimentary coffee! When the job takes longer than waitable time, then the Mississauga Toyota provides a shuttle serves. Much appreciated, Mississauga Toyota! Thanks Bryan and all the staff. More

Took my 2019 Highlander in for a remote starter and winter tires(just purchased through Miss Toyota). Narinder was amazing in arranging for the tires and scheduling the install. Met with Jessica on the winter tires(just purchased through Miss Toyota). Narinder was amazing in arranging for the tires and scheduling the install. Met with Jessica on the day of the service/install and she was really helpful. She was quite understanding when I was 20 mins late as I know it can have a domino effect for others scheduled. Jessica kept me informed through the day and connected to confirm the car was finally done. Thank you for looking after your clients!! More

Incorrect Diagnosis Truck was running rough and Miss Toyota diagnosed it as a dirty sensor. After $ 615 plus tax the truck is still running rough and is not fixed yet. No consideration was given to other possible causes such as bad gas. After they took my money they did say that the truck still started rough after they fixed it and it was most likely the gas. Perhaps that was the problem all along and perhaps they should have done something about the gas. This is not the usual high quality diagnosis service I have rec'd from Scarborough Toyota and Hallmark Toyota in the past. More

The second time I got a man who was asking me all the questions that are in your computer. I drive a lease and to be asked for the serial number the license plate and other things is a waste of my time. Since he wouldn't look up this information there was no need for proceeding. #3 the third time I tried to book I got a woman who seemed to know what she was doing and just asked me to verify which is logical and for my protection. I did ask her to have a key made for me as I was driving with the original spare as my keys were stolen. She didn't and my car had to be in.service until 4 in the afternoon. For a minor service and tire transfer I expected possibly 11/2 hr wait. #4 I asked for winter wiper blades which were advertised in the e=mail sent to me. I was told you didn't have any and the dealership didn't recommend them.. Why would your promotion include something that the dealership doesn't advise? #5 My car is less that 4 years old. Because it's a lease I try to have the outside professionally washed every 3-4 week at least to keep the car looking good. I was told the brakes were rusted and needed work that would add to the cost of the service. If the brakes rust out at under 3 years, then the value of this Toyota corolla is to me questionable? #6 When I arrived by shuttle people kept asking me if I was called to come and get the car and it wasn't ready. No! I said the shuttle driver arrived in my driveway and called for there to tell me he was here. Co-ordination between whoever told the driver to come get me and the service department seems to be non existent. #7 When I went to pick up my car I waited in a line at the service desk. Since I had come from the service area and not the main showroom I would have thought service from the cashier would have been an ask from her if I needed to check out or was picking up a part but no she sat there and kept eyeballing me as I waited patiently for those in line to be serviced. If this is the best service she can give I would suggest someone needs to be at that post that knows what service is, #8 When I asked for the security wallet that was part of the e-mail promotion her first response was they are all gone. When I showed he the promotion and the date I had book the service I would have thought it would have been set aside for customers that met the criteria. After asked to speak to a superior she left her chair and went a got one. Again from this customers idea of servie this woman fall short of my expectation for service #9 today when I went out to check the new key, it does start the car but it doesn't open the trunk or the lock. What value is a spare key costing in the hundreds of dollars to replace if when needed it doesn't open the locked car. Shouldn't this have been checked by someone. I would expect checking a key would be the base start of key service. So no I am not pleased with the service I received at all.. More
