I went to several dealers and so far this is the best in customer service. David and Angie are so patient and did not mind answering all the questions that I have and attended to all my requests. Unlike the other dealers that I have been to who would pressure you to buy (it doesn't matter if you're still trying to come up with a decision), David and Angie are more concern of what you want or what you need and will go the extra mile so that they can help you. They really made me feel that my concern and interest comes first. Everybody in the store are pleasant too and looks happy. When I came back for a test drive and I arrived a little bit early and David was not available yet, somebody greeted me right away and made sure that I was acknowledged. Did not complete work. Was untruthful about delivery time and work actually performed. Management follow up after sending a complaint was highly perfunctory. I purchased a used Toyota Eco (2005 modal) from this dealer in 2006. They also sold me a life time rust warranty. Beginning of this year I noticed that a piece of paint started receding on the right ba dealer in 2006. They also sold me a life time rust warranty. Beginning of this year I noticed that a piece of paint started receding on the right back quarter panel, although it was a small at the beginning later become bigger. I showed several body shops they agreed that this is a damage came with the car when it was sold in 2006. I went to dealer and showed them the problem (resales manager, and ) at the beginning they sent me to their body shop and wanted me to get an estimate, after getting the estimate , I have not heard from them for a week, when I called back they said that since I did not bring the car for a rustcheck inspection in 2008 and 9 which void my life time warranty and no support and help at all. Since I was not given the copy of the warranty in the first place I was not aware of annual check up requirements. 2006,7 and 8 I was there and there were no problems, still car does not have any rust problems except this particular initial damage. Warranty agreement states that the dealer must keep a log and must sign it after each check with customer. This dealer not only did sell a damaged car, also void my$ 800 warranty for trivial reason. I am pretty sure they have been doing this to many other customers who are kept deliberately unaware of these clauses. More
