Service Manager drop "F" boom on customer I went into dealer with my 2008 RAV4 for check engine light and VSC light. The service advisor Guru Rajanayagam ask for $112 for daignaos and I author I went into dealer with my 2008 RAV4 for check engine light and VSC light. The service advisor Guru Rajanayagam ask for $112 for daignaos and I authorized. Then he came to me in about half hour and said trouble P0301 cylinder #1 misfired and someone have adjusted the ignition coil. So I ask him adjust what coil? as far as I know you can not even adjust the timing on these vehicle, I have never heard of adjusting ignition coil and Ialso told him that the sparkplugs was replaced 4 month ago with OEM Denso sparkplugs. Then he said I will let the mechanic know. I asked him will there be extra charge he said no. After an hour later Guru came out and said then tech swap cylinder #1 ignition coil with #2 and no more misfire, if the misfire happen again bringit back and they will recheck. When I got the invoice came out to be $165 plus tax he said have to charge extra $56 for Zero point calibration. I did not authorize any extra money for any calibration that did not know. I would not paid then Guru called the Service Manager by the name Tony Gallucci and put him on speaker phone and the next thing I heard on the phone from the Service Manager was "you f**king people don't ever f**king come back here again." if I didn't hear that personally I would believe it. Then Guru went and change the price on the invoice and also threaten me with me by saying "after you leave the dealer don't f**king come back if the engine light come back on" More

Spiral Cable Assembly Recall Work I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Service staff and timeliness of the work done for me.
