I recently had a basic oil and filter change done here and the cost seemed very high, it cost $69. I questioned my service provider and was told 'that's the cost now'. Looking at my past bills I've always paid between $50-$55. $69 is very high and even after a phone call no one can really explain. Unfortunately, I will no longer to using toyota for any service on my vehicle. Advisors have always been friendly but I will be going elsewhere for service from now on More

The staff are always trying to do the best they can to serve their customers, whether it be sales or service. I first visited this dealership in November, 1987, and have not had a reason to use another dealership since then. I particularly give top marks to the service department. They have never ever done unnecessary work that I'm aware of, and most times, they discourage work I've asked about. You might save about 20% by using a one man service garage, and lots of people do, but the small garage can't afford to make it right when your vehicle starts using excessive oil like mine did. The problem was fixed because it was a warranty issue, which the one man operation wouldn't even be aware of. You get white coat service without the typical white coat prices. I've purchased two Camrys here and am happy. More
