The tires were ordered and an appointment set up, but then Toronto had the snowstorm and everyone wanted winter tires, so the service department was jammed! It did take longer than estimated, which we understood. Jessica was outstanding in getting the installation completed and in advising us of the reason for the delay and providing a new estimate for us to return. Great service at a difficult extremely busy time! More
We booked an appointment for tire change to winter tires. Well after 2.5 hours the car was not touched or worked on. Why make an appointment if your not taken and worked on for your scheduled time. It’s absolutely unacceptable to wait over 3 hours for a job that takes no more than 30 minutes, and not once did a service advisor have the common courtesy to let my husband know he would be waiting longer then expected. I would not recommend wasting your time. This location doesn’t have a clue what the word customer service stands for. When I called And spoke to Albert, not once was he actually listening to what I had to say, he was rude and not once did he apologize for taking so long with the car, they just don’t care! More
Bryan was very helpful, as he always is. He provides excellent service and advice. Unfortunately they had booked in too many people for tire changeover so a half hour job took almost three hours. Trying to provide service to too many was not helpful. The snowstorm caused this panic, but I had made my appointment two weeks prior, so that should have taken precedence over last minute add ons. The shuttle, driven by Okey, was doing its best, but he also had too many customers. He is a great driver, put in a difficult situation. More

Took the shuttle to Sherway and spent a few hours there. All in all I have always been happy with Mississauga Toyota and have been going there for perhaps the 10-15 years. They tell you the cost up front and give you an estimate of how long it will take. I've waited a lot longer at Meadowvale Toyota. More
Mississauga Toyota understands service. Most other Dealerships have a service department that at best are a post after sales necessity. From booking an appointment, to checking in, to the well stocke Dealerships have a service department that at best are a post after sales necessity. From booking an appointment, to checking in, to the well stocked tea or coffee station - I've witnessed several individuals just drive in for the coffee, some taxi drivers, some delivery guys :-) on the just one visit I was there for an oil change - WiFi, mobile device charging stations, comfy arm chairs, barstools and newspapers and magazines. There's also a large display screen besides the TV, that helps you view and track your vehicle service progress. Once your vehicle is done, the service advisor will come get you and advise you about the completion of your service visit and escort you to the cashier. Overall the experience is most enjoyable. I'd recommend this dealership over any other one I've visited in 29 years of my getting my vehicles serviced. More
