Terrible service. Do not be fooled by the overall rating. Markham Honda provides terrible customer service. What I personally found was they they provide the utmost customer services in the sales department Markham Honda provides terrible customer service. What I personally found was they they provide the utmost customer services in the sales department when they are fishing for you business, however once they've secured your business, their service from then on is terrible. The customer facing staff in the services department do not have the necessary skills to be able to provide the customer service needed. They will hit you with a high priced bill however do not take the time to explain what exactly you are paying for and when you ask the right questions they are not trained well to provide the answers. Lawrence is an amazing service consultant and Tim is good. Anyone else, you better run the other way...especially if it is Syed. The front desk girl Melissa is terrible and will attempt to answer your question as if she knows what she is talking about with zero technical knowledge. They sent me a shuttle ride for pick up and the man was driving 20km above the speed limit. I was appalled at the customer service the entire day. There was a lady working at the front desk in Services in the morning - she was amazing. I didn't catch her name however I will be sure to ensure she is well recognized for her service. More

Overall Experience - good, but it has room for improvements. This was my first visit to service my Car at this dealership. Prior to that I have been taking my car to Toyota dealer for over a decade and have have This was my first visit to service my Car at this dealership. Prior to that I have been taking my car to Toyota dealer for over a decade and have have found big differences between the two. I will focus on the service part only: 1. When we walk in to service centre, there should be a divider, so that we can line up instead of worrying second or third person walking behind you will stand beside you and create confusion as to who will go first depending on the aisle he/she is standing. It should be first in, first out. 2. For those who need shuttle service, complete drop off address, should be given to an adviser or someone who can help customers ahead of time rather than driver starts asking series of questions in the car. Example: after waiting 20 minutes, driver came to the waiting area and asked who is waiting for a ride, bunch of people got up and he divided people based on the address people were going. initially, it was myself and other lady in one of the car. Driver started asking to the lady, where are you going, she was not able to provide the address only intersection, driver asked couple of times, she responded she does not know the address, then next question who is your adviser, she did not know this as well, I told the driver it is in the receipt we got. Driver, said, I am asking her so I kept quiet. Once she said she does not know the name, driver asked, how was this person look like, hair etc. By the time this question/answer session was over, third person walked in to catch a ride, then he started asking question to me and the other guy, once we were about to go, fourth person was running towards the van to catch a ride. This whole thing was about 10 minutes a total waste of time, I would say this should have been organized properly. In Toyota, we were asked all this information ahead of time, as soon as driver comes in, calls by our name and take us to the destination. For over 10 years I have been with Toyota, almost all the time I would have myself and may be one other person for the ride. In Honda, I felt I was sitting in a mini bus. I think, more organized driver and better process is needed for excellent customer satisfaction. Reason for the feedback is a hope that this will be heard in a positive way and change can be made to improve overall customer experience. More
