Unfairl dealing and no focus on customers satisfaction I bought the car in October and second car in December. I have booked my first appointment for oil change on coming Tuesday May 1st. After we left head to supermarket and put stuff in the trunk just to find out the skid plate is sitting there. went back to the dealer and these guys accused us for taking it off! and the next time we requested for an answer the answer changed to "we can't put it back on" are you for real it is ok for you to take it off and it is difficult for you to put it back on? NEVER RETURNING AND NEVER REFERRING ANYONE THERE! More

Tried to cheat me I had gone in looking for a new car after having done research and was prepared to purchase a car. Started talking to a sales (Charles Z.) and at fir I had gone in looking for a new car after having done research and was prepared to purchase a car. Started talking to a sales (Charles Z.) and at first seemed like a positive experience. Got so far as to talk about trade in, and he gave me a trade-in price $X. Was prepared to start making an offer and he kept trying to say what is the final price. I didn't want to do it that way and just said, let's start with MSRP and reduce the price by $X trade-in and a discount that I wanted to start haggling with. Immediately he said, oh it's not $X, that is after tax, the trade in is $X-13%. I know full well that trade-in price is applied to the pre tax price. I did not call him out on it, but he refused to put down $X on my offer and kept saying it was $X but $X-13%. I gave up and said I don't think I want to buy. He got upset and threw his pen on the table storming off. Very unprofessional and a horrid experience. I will be buying my Honda at another dealer, I'd rather pay the other dealer more money then have to deal with Charles again. More

Unprofessional, untrust worthy experience. I am taking my time to conduct this review to share with you the unpleasant experience I had with your Sales Associate Mr. Wilson Chan. On Decembe I am taking my time to conduct this review to share with you the unpleasant experience I had with your Sales Associate Mr. Wilson Chan. On December 12 2017, I went in with my boy friend wanting to purchase a second hand Mini Cooper from your dealership; we had found the car on Auto Trader.ca. Wilson Chan was the associate that approached us and started to help. During the whole time he behaved very unprofessional . He swore a few times and I felt pressurized during his selling approach.The only reason why we ended up getting the car because it is AWD and we absolute need it for this winter. Wilson asked me to put down $1000 –Visa the day of as deposit. Then he told me to get the remaining balance $22,450.00 as a bank draft via text message. I re-confirmed the total remaining balance as well as sticker fee with him. He had promised to replace the back sensor cap prior the pick up day, but he did not follow through. Anyhow, on December 19th we brought the bank draft , So we took the car with the broken sensor cap. After, I had to contact him many times for the sensor cap and he kept promising on days of arrival and he never contact me aroud those days, so i had to contact him a few times and at last, he said he ordered the wrong one that’s why it is delayed. And finally on Feburary 23rd 2018,at 10AM he has the audacity to sent me a text message to ask for more money after 3 months. I was very shocked and confused. First of all, I was told by Wilson Chan to pay $22,450.00. Secondly, I was notified 3 months after the pick up date that I need to give more money.. Thirdly, he does not own up to his mistakes and had not yet apologized in any sort of way for inconvenience he had caused. I have called the dealership and wrote an email to the general manager Gavin and Dave. Have not yet received any response. I’ve purchased cars from Mercedes and Toyota’s dealership and I have never complain about a service, this by far was the worst service I’ve received. I am extremely unsatisfied and upset from this buying experience. More
