Unprofessional, untrust worthy experience. I am taking my time to conduct this review to share with you the unpleasant experience I had with your Sales Associate Mr. Wilson Chan. On Decembe I am taking my time to conduct this review to share with you the unpleasant experience I had with your Sales Associate Mr. Wilson Chan. On December 12 2017, I went in with my boy friend wanting to purchase a second hand Mini Cooper from your dealership; we had found the car on Auto Trader.ca. Wilson Chan was the associate that approached us and started to help. During the whole time he behaved very unprofessional . He swore a few times and I felt pressurized during his selling approach.The only reason why we ended up getting the car because it is AWD and we absolute need it for this winter. Wilson asked me to put down $1000 –Visa the day of as deposit. Then he told me to get the remaining balance $22,450.00 as a bank draft via text message. I re-confirmed the total remaining balance as well as sticker fee with him. He had promised to replace the back sensor cap prior the pick up day, but he did not follow through. Anyhow, on December 19th we brought the bank draft , So we took the car with the broken sensor cap. After, I had to contact him many times for the sensor cap and he kept promising on days of arrival and he never contact me aroud those days, so i had to contact him a few times and at last, he said he ordered the wrong one that’s why it is delayed. And finally on Feburary 23rd 2018,at 10AM he has the audacity to sent me a text message to ask for more money after 3 months. I was very shocked and confused. First of all, I was told by Wilson Chan to pay $22,450.00. Secondly, I was notified 3 months after the pick up date that I need to give more money.. Thirdly, he does not own up to his mistakes and had not yet apologized in any sort of way for inconvenience he had caused. I have called the dealership and wrote an email to the general manager Gavin and Dave. Have not yet received any response. I’ve purchased cars from Mercedes and Toyota’s dealership and I have never complain about a service, this by far was the worst service I’ve received. I am extremely unsatisfied and upset from this buying experience. More

Bad Service I called on Monday and made an appointment for Sat, explained very clear there are 3 issues with my 1.5 years old leased odyssey. The person help me I called on Monday and made an appointment for Sat, explained very clear there are 3 issues with my 1.5 years old leased odyssey. The person help me to sign in told me one of the issue cannot be done on Sat because they won't be able to order parts if they broke anything during the repair, then the car need to be stay for the whole weekend. And he made it sound like it is my fault to bring in the car on Sat for that kind of issue. Why the services rep didn't tell me when I made this appointment on the phone? Fine, I was already there so please fix the other 2 issues. Guess what, only one issue got fixed when I was told to pick up the car. I asked the cashier he said there is only one issue on the sign in paper. The tech called me ask me for the oil change but you can't even finish what I asked for. Maybe it is because that is an warranty repair and no profit on that. My whole family need to stay at home because the 1.5 years old car has so much issues and need to be fixed! But that is not enough and you would like to make it worse. Should I make 3 appointments to make sure you can finish one each time? Very disappointed! More
