I booked an appt regarding a recall of front passenger airbag inflator to have it replaced. I had a 9:30 am appt. that I booked a week ago. I waited there at the dealership for 4 hours and then they told me they didn't have the part and to call them to make an appt for next week. No apology, no service. If they didn't have the part, why did they make me wait for 4 hours. Definitely do NOT recommend this place for service. Lost a customer for life and will tell all my friends. More

Terrible service and wait time Terrible service. Booked a transmission fluid change. Told to wait in the lounge and shuttle driver would come and announce he was collecting customer Terrible service. Waited in the lounge for 45 minutes and when I inquired about the status of the shuttle driver, I was brushed off by a service representative, basically not giving a crap and saying he couldn't do anything about it. After 1 hour, asked another service representative who at least called the shuttle driver who said they would be another 15 minutes. Waited in the lounge for another 15 minutes and still no shuttle. Asked the service representative if my car had gone in yet and it hadn't, so I asked for my keys back and took my car to JiffyLube next door and was in and out in 1 hour, which is how long a transmission fluid change should take. Worth spending the extra money to save me time and frustration. Never going back to this dealership again for anything. More

Electrical Problem - sold me battery, but didn't fix problem I took my honda civic in as it intermittently had trouble starting, and one time did not start at all, although I came back 1hr later and it was fine. After a diagnostic check, they told me I needed a new battery, although I didn't consider it to be that old. About a month later, I was stranded when the card would not start at all. Called CAA, and the tow truck driver, a mechanic, went under the card and got it started. He said it was definitely a faulty starter, and whatever, I do, do not take it back to a dealership. I took it to a small garage, and they confirmed the starter needed to be replace. Won't be going back to Markham Honda Dealership. More
