As an acknowledgement, I would like to mention the following individuals who I thought deserved to be recognized for their services extended to me and my wife. 1) Wilson Chen - Sales Manager A person of knowledge and understanding, well spoken & articulate. "Know your customer and serve his needs" . He impressed me with his understanding and fulfilment of what I needed. Honest and helpful, hence I purchased my vehicle from him. 2) Tom Lin - Finance Manager Another gentleman with the power of true explanation of what would be the best for the client. Appreciated his quality of maintaining the policy of "Client's satisfaction and client first". last but not the least.... 3) Amerti Bulo - Sales Consultant Calm, composed, persevering and honest. Works towards the clients' needs , not pushy and surely would capture a sale. I would recommend these individuals to anyone who wants advice or buy a vehicle. Faults found in car sold, they didn't try fixing them Bought a used Honda Odyssey with problems, but our sales consultant promised they would be fixed. We picked up the car a week later and nothing was improved. They did not attempt to clean the car, which we highlighted to them earlier and which they promised to clean. There was no attempt to clean it on their half because we were able to easily clean it with just water and a rag after taking the car home. Other parts of the car also were not handled properly. We were handed keys with dead batteries, there were issues with the mileage display. Overall, there is dishonesty, carelessness, and a general lack of effort from the staff at Markham Honda. Their response times to emails is very slow, often taking multiple business days, and we haven't been able to book an appointment to properly steam clean the interior, appointments that should not have been required. More

Go to another Honda dealership! We recently bought a used car from Markham Honda. Everything was smooth until we signed the agreement. The rep Jerad had promised to fix safety recall We recently bought a used car from Markham Honda. Everything was smooth until we signed the agreement. The rep Jerad had promised to fix safety recalls on the car before it leaves the lot- the finance manager also verified that they would never let a car leave with outstanding safety recalls, yet they called us after two days to pick up the car and the recalls had not been fixed. We asked them over the phone to have them fixed before we pickup the car. They called us one week later, we went to the dealership which is over an hour away from our home only to find that none of the safety recalls had been addressed. They had us speak to a “service manager” named Omid who we later learned was only a service advisor. Omid lied to our face about the recalls being fixed and produced a car fax report that showed the outstanding recalls which he tried to tell us actually Meant they had been fixed. We are no dummies and had the same report. We even verified with Honda Canada that they hadn’t been fixed. Omid also tried to tell us that our car did not have a timing belt which we knew it did because we did our research. How embarrassing for Markham Honda. If you don’t know the information then say you will find out but don’t lie to a customers face. We had to go home empty handed that night since the car still was not fixed. A week later we finally went to pick up our car. They made us wait at least 4 hours to take care of all the paperwork and they only provided us with one car key. We fought to get a second copy because who leave a dealership with only one key? What if it gets lost? We had to wait again to get the copy of the key. They were also supposed to repair some scratches on the vehicle to which they did a substandard job. We could have done it ourselves f they had given us the paint. This place is horrible for customer service. They have no problem blantanyly lying ya your face as long as they make the sale. After they take your deposit and get your signature on a contract it’s like pulling teeth to get the car they promised you with all the work done. Please go to another dealership that might actually have some integrity and honestly. More

Jerad explained all options, pricing differentials, value add and next steps. After finalizing the sale, i was led to Tom, the F&I guy and he too outlined all options, didn’t try to up sell me and was honest. Would highly recommend this duo and a note to Markham honda’s Ownership group, use these two guys as an example to your other employees of how Top Sales should be performed. More

The people of Markham have better options now in near by cities. Folks, travel the extra mile and go to another dealership where you will be valued. @markhamhonda, just by renovating the place and making it look pretty, you aren't going to fool anyone. You have a serious gap with your staff and it needs to be addressed. Get with the program! More

I booked an appt regarding a recall of front passenger airbag inflator to have it replaced. I had a 9:30 am appt. that I booked a week ago. I waited there at the dealership for 4 hours and then they told me they didn't have the part and to call them to make an appt for next week. No apology, no service. If they didn't have the part, why did they make me wait for 4 hours. Definitely do NOT recommend this place for service. Lost a customer for life and will tell all my friends. More
