She explained the whole process throughly. Since l had tire and rim protection she took care of all the paperwork and also set up a rental car. Also would like to thank Vince for all of his help. Great job guys!!! By the way Lisa has a great sense of humour....really helps with the whole customer experience. More

Since my 328 was approaching end of lease my wife and l went to talk with Vince about a deal on a new 2019 330 and he did not disappoint. This will be our fourth BMW with Maranello and so far have been very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended. More

Very poor customer service until the right person engaged After almost 1 month (car dropped off the second time for the same problem on June 14), we still don’t have our 2018 x3 back, it’s July 12 today (funn After almost 1 month (car dropped off the second time for the same problem on June 14), we still don’t have our 2018 x3 back, it’s July 12 today (funny how I was asked to comment on my experience by a senior representative from maranello - no response from my reply yet- and by an automated email 3 days later). This is mainly due to a part that needed to come from Germany. This x3 generation has been in full production for ~18 months, there’s NO WAY that it should take over 3 weeks to get the part That is such poor customer service on the part of Bmw. I also don’t know if there was any request to expedite the shipping. Where the maranello problem comes in is the complete lack of communication on any status update. My impression is that once the part is on back order . Zero updates are provided until the part comes in. We found it extremely difficult to get any form of update after we were told the part would take 10 days. Btw, the 10 days turned out to be 23 days. Very disappointed. We finally got to work with Gina and Ariana, they were great. Our other issue which is even more disappointing is that there’s a paint defect that was supposed to be dealt with that wasn’t tracked until a week and a half ago even though it was reported on our first visit. This issue was reported on six occasions (Gina and Ariana being the last time). Two weeks in after speaking with a service advisor, after apologizing about the delays, mentioned that everything would be taken care of (including the paint issues by the time the part gets installed). For the delays, he would ensure to make sure that the interior of the car would detailed (the car is pretty clean, I told him that the only cleaning needed would be to remove the salt stains in the front). With our experience, I’m confident that the cleaning will not happen since the paint issue remained undocumented. We’ll gladly expand on our service experience if you wish. More
