Had to bring my mini in twice (which should have only taken one visit) but overall pleased with the service at Vaughan location. Service advisor is really good, help me a lot. But the technician are not professional. I leave the car here for four weeks, they can not figure out what’s going on, and finally said that was my fault. I technician are not professional. Excellent customer service. Went in to put snow tires on. It was brought to my attention that in one month a oil change would be needed They asked if I would like that done at the same time as my tires.
