I have a Mini Cooper S purchased from Vaughan Mini. Recently after having stored the car for several years I had it in for service. I am anxious to hear how my prolonged service appoints (weeks & weeks) will result in my satisfaction as with the invoice I have received it was an annuity for the dealership. Don't fix the car just keep having it pay forward to the service department. Please don't just randomly replace parts hoping it will fix the problem. Your front of staff service people seem professional, but why such a disconnect with service? I guess this is why I stopped buying BMW's as your service is just as bad. More
