I had my Mini Cooper serviced for a small issue. Andre at the service desk was wonderful. My car was taken in at the scheduled appointment time and the repair work was done promptly and efficiently. Excellent customer service. Went in to put snow tires on. It was brought to my attention that in one month a oil change would be needed They asked if I would like that done at the same time as my tires. Th It was brought to my attention that in one month a oil change would be needed They asked if I would like that done at the same time as my tires. I have a Mini Cooper S purchased from Vaughan Mini. Recently after having stored the car for several years I had it in for service. I am anxious to hear how my prolonged service appoints (weeks & wee Recently after having stored the car for several years I had it in for service. I am anxious to hear how my prolonged service appoints (weeks & weeks) will result in my satisfaction as with the invoice I have received it was an annuity for the dealership. Don't fix the car just keep having it pay forward to the service department. Please don't just randomly replace parts hoping it will fix the problem. Your front of staff service people seem professional, but why such a disconnect with service? I guess this is why I stopped buying BMW's as your service is just as bad. More
