Our Sales Advisor Gentrit Raka was excellent. 5 stars plus! He managed to fit us in, even though we did not have an appointment. We did have some issues with the business manager (Chris Ouellette) not responding to our emails, or answering our questions. When we expressed our concern over the lack of communication, he offered no explanation other then it was "incredibly busy". Having bought cars at Audi, BMW and Mercedes, we did not receive a level of service comparable. Gent was wonderful and helped to bridge the gap in communication. Again5 plus stars. Unfortunately, because of the other negative dealings, we can't give the overall dealership 5 stars. And while we might recommend (and we would definitely buy a car from Gent again), we would certainly disclose our experience. More
First time coming to Lexus for service for my 2007 ES350 (which is new to me last month) and I was surprised that Shanna Mcquarrie took the time to get to know me and my expectations, my concerns and what c (which is new to me last month) and I was surprised that Shanna Mcquarrie took the time to get to know me and my expectations, my concerns and what coffee I like. She gave me a detailed summary of what my service would be, the cost and the time needed. Yet what blew my socks off was being updated throughout the wait time and showed me photos and a video of the needed repairs. The atmosphere felt calm and the staff didn't run around confused or frustrated. I felt like a customer and not an interruption in someone's busy day. I am more than happy with Shanna's attention and time she took to explain all the points my car had been checked for (and passed for an 07!). Whats that old saying? You get what you paid for right. And this was worth it on so many levels, from my care to the car's care. Well done Lexus! More
