Greg Mugford When I purchased my slightly used vehicle approximately three years ago I was most concern and anxious about the service I was going to receive as I h When I purchased my slightly used vehicle approximately three years ago I was most concern and anxious about the service I was going to receive as I had never dealt with, not only this dealership but I had never had a Lexis product previously. I had been very spoiled (so I thought) at a competitor's dealership but looking back now, there was no comparison between the quality of service I received there and the kind of treatment I receive at Lexis On The Park. This is attributed to one individual, Greg Mugford. I lead a very busy life, which entails juggling family and a career. I need to bring my car in as early as possible and be at work prior to my staff arriving. On the days my car needs servicing, Greg arranges to be in before the service centre is open, so that when I come in as soon as the doors open, he's ready to go. His friendly disposition is a refreshing start to my day. Greg arranges my rental car ahead a time, and recently he has helped to ensure the rental people are ready to receive me after I have completed any paperwork with him. I am notified through the day as to any things that might need to be done and as to when the repairs on my car are completed. Wanting to keep my car in top notch shape, I ask if certain things need to be done. Greg could easy add things to the list, but he doesn't. He is honest and reliable. If things can wait, he let's me know that whatever it is I'm concerned about, will be checked again in my next service appointment. I have often called to ask him questions about other things, such as my Sirius radio, and he has either called me back within minutes if he was busy or is able to give me the right information when we speak without me having to run around finding answers. Overall, Greg is a great natured, knowledgeable guy who is respectful and a wonderful person to work with. Mark Easton has sold me 6 cars, and he's always been first rate. Integrity, service, friendliness, knowledge - he has it all. I had a relatively large "problem" last year that legally/technically wasn't then covered under my 4 Year warranty (which had expired in March 2013). Both Lexus/Toyota and Lexus on the Park took care of the issue, with minimal cost to me. I was Very grateful. Alistair Baxter and Avid Shivji were participants in this solution. Courteous and helpful. Recently, I was offered a very lightly used 2013 LS460 by Mark, after I had expressed interest in moving forward with a new/newer vehicle. Just took delivery this week. All neat and tidy. Could not have been smoother. Josie Allen ran through the bells and whistles of the car with me yesterday. She did a great job. Not her fault that Sirius XM couldn't connect for some reason. She has promised to rectify this ASAP. I was very pleased with Josie's assistance. She offered to have me come in for a "refresher", which I may do next week. All in all, Lexus on the Park is a fabulous dealership. I would recommend it to anyone. More

I was able to review all of the models and was helped by a very knowledgable salesman, who explained in detail the various options available on the medel I had chosen. We went on a comprehensive road test where I not only drove the car but received a helpful explanation of all of the technology the car had to offer. The actual purchase of the car and trade of my old car was extremely smooth and professional. All in all a first class experience. Both Nick and Kathryn were a pleasure to do business with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them personally to my friends. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Lazar was very informative and he was answering very question of mine patiently. Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don’t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Lazar delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I will be coming to Lexus on the park showroom for the years ahead.
