As we are from out of town, we hoped it would be a good sales experience. Needless to say, it was the best ever. Nick is a knowledgeable, personable and patient sales person. Nick explained all the features and electronics of the vehicle and ensured that the minor scratches and paint chips would be taken care of and when I came to pick it up, the vehicle was in immaculate condition. From the initial test drive to driving off the property, I left feeling very comfortable and happy with my pre-owned ES350. Thank you for the exceptional customer service provided on April 21 when my husband and I first stepped foot on the establishment. No pushy sales people...no pressure...no pricing gimmicks. Just a great professional atmosphere where customer satisfaction exists and means something. Mr. Yin Chan was by far the best car salesman we’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, he made our car-buying experience stress-free and…wait for it…fun!!! When we arrived to pick up the car a few days later, Yin was well prepared and the car was waiting for our review and test drive. He wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the car and all the specifics. He spent a considerable amount of time with us going over every detail and answering all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. We then got introduced to Josie Allen (Delivery Specialist) who then spent a great deal of time going over all the manuals of the car as well as the programming of the electronics and special features. Josie was first class! So great to see a woman in the car industry who knows here stuff and then some!!!! It was such a positive experience meeting her. Greg Mugford When I purchased my slightly used vehicle approximately three years ago I was most concern and anxious about the service I was going to receive as I h When I purchased my slightly used vehicle approximately three years ago I was most concern and anxious about the service I was going to receive as I had never dealt with, not only this dealership but I had never had a Lexis product previously. I had been very spoiled (so I thought) at a competitor's dealership but looking back now, there was no comparison between the quality of service I received there and the kind of treatment I receive at Lexis On The Park. This is attributed to one individual, Greg Mugford. I lead a very busy life, which entails juggling family and a career. I need to bring my car in as early as possible and be at work prior to my staff arriving. On the days my car needs servicing, Greg arranges to be in before the service centre is open, so that when I come in as soon as the doors open, he's ready to go. His friendly disposition is a refreshing start to my day. Greg arranges my rental car ahead a time, and recently he has helped to ensure the rental people are ready to receive me after I have completed any paperwork with him. I am notified through the day as to any things that might need to be done and as to when the repairs on my car are completed. Wanting to keep my car in top notch shape, I ask if certain things need to be done. Greg could easy add things to the list, but he doesn't. He is honest and reliable. If things can wait, he let's me know that whatever it is I'm concerned about, will be checked again in my next service appointment. I have often called to ask him questions about other things, such as my Sirius radio, and he has either called me back within minutes if he was busy or is able to give me the right information when we speak without me having to run around finding answers. Overall, Greg is a great natured, knowledgeable guy who is respectful and a wonderful person to work with. I was able to review all of the models and was helped by a very knowledgable salesman, who explained in detail the various options available on the medel I had chosen. We went on a comprehensive road test where I not only drove the car but received a helpful explanation of all of the technology the car had to offer. The actual purchase of the car and trade of my old car was extremely smooth and professional. All in all a first class experience. Both Nick and Kathryn were a pleasure to do business with and I would have no hesitation in recommending them personally to my friends.
