I brought my Lexus in for a tune-up and to fix a recall issue. Great service, courtesy car was ready - you were ready for me! Great and thanks! I had forgotten what time the appointment was booked for and called around 7:30 only to find out I was supposed to be there at 7:00. I'm never late, I've been in business for 30 years - never late. Always at the airport 3 hours before my scheduled flight, (international(, 2 hours (local). But even though I was late (I did apologize) I was still taken in right away. Picked up my car, it was cleaned nicely - thanks again. I didn't realize that when they fixed the car, they must have shut down the battery system as everything was off - the clock, the radio stations etc. I didn't know the clock was off until the next day when I was in traffic and on my way to an appointment I thought I was on time for. In fact, I was late as the clock was 11 minutes slow. I don't mind about the radio stations being de-programmed due to battery shut off, I can live with having to reprogram them, but if you are going to shut down the battery and the clock is going to be impacted - please re adjust the clock. It's a small thing but the fact I was late 2 days in a row, really put me off. Other than that, I always enjoy the experience. Thanks Chris Pires More
Very friendly, courteous , professional, knowledgable, easy to deal with staff, esp. Benjamin, salesperson and Sean, manager. I have been searching for a Lexus for some time and as much as I like the make easy to deal with staff, esp. Benjamin, salesperson and Sean, manager. I have been searching for a Lexus for some time and as much as I like the make I can not same the same about dealerships! I have visited quite a few in the GTA area and it seemed to me that they were not interested in selling the car to me, eg. Showed me the car, said...I be back....never came back! Then I visited Lexus on the Park and it was not during my first visit that I finally decided to spend my money there. My negotiations with them lasted good few days and were not easy. During that time they treated me with respect, were accommodating and pleasant. I hope they keep up good work and if I am asked, I definitely recommend them. More
