Excellent sales rep to work with Great guy. Friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure tactic made the whole experience very positive. Negotiating process didn't drag on and got the Great guy. Still waiting I have been waiting since my service on Mar. 28th and the ensuing crack in the area that was serviced near the rocker panel, to have the situation res I have been waiting since my service on Mar. 28th and the ensuing crack in the area that was serviced near the rocker panel, to have the situation resolved. I met with Alister (GM) and Abid (service mgr.) on April 14th on this issue. We could not agree on the cause, because there were no signs of damage, but to move forward, I agreed to pay approx. $800, for a new rocker panel. Alister said he would order in the part, have it pre painted, and give me a call. Since then, nothing! Not a word or email from either Alister or Abid! It's like they fell off the face of the earth. Every time I approach my car and see the cracked and hanging piece of rocker panel, I get irritated. I can't take my car to a car wash, for fear that the cracked rocker panel coming off .At this price point, I expect better quality materials and service . It is becoming very hard not to sour on the Lexus brand and quality. I have never had this sort of quality issues in any of my previous cars ( Acura, BMW, Honda, Toyota). Somebody at Lexus head office should take note! More

Customer Service. I called in for a quote on breaks and the lady was unsure about what the service dept had told her. I emailed service after the call and got a different price. The car jockey who greeted me when I pulled in was very good but the girl at service reception acted annoyed that I came in. No smile no greeting just sit there and someone will be with you. The guy who wrote up my order was very good however he could not find the person to give me a ride to the bus stop. No big deal, I walked. When I came to pick up the car I came through the main doors at 5:15. The two girls at reception did not even look at me, too busy talking. The car was ready and the guy who took my visa was very good again. More
