Upon delivery of the vehicle, everything was beyond expectations; the vehicle itself and the customer service. Cecilia was quick with the financing and helpful with questions I had with products. All the staff were so welcoming and upbeat. It was a great experience and I look forward to my service appointments and future Lexus purchases. More

My salesperson, Carlos, was the best I've ever dealt with personally. He was very attentive and informative without being pushy. He wanted to make sure that I felt I was making the right decision. The entire staff treated me seriously and with respect, despite my being younger. Something that I did not experience at other luxury dealerships. I came in from out of town and even though I arrived almost an hour late for my appointment, they did not make me feel badly for being late and told me to ensure I took my time and not to stress. My new vehicle was ready and Theresa was waiting for me to go over the final walkthrough to make sure I was aware of and could take full advantage of all the features the vehicle has to offer. Shannon from finance was so great to deal with and even saved me some additional money on my extended warranty and worked to provide me with a warranty that fit a little better for me, being that I am from out of town. She also insisted that she entertain my daughter while I was on the phone with my insurance company and switched over the car seat, making things easier for me and more enjoyable for my daughter. Everyone I dealt with really went above and beyond! I'm so glad I made the decision to purchase my vehicle from Lexus of Edmonton and I look forward to dealing with them in the future! More
