Good Morning Lexus of Edmonton, Subsequent to my two previous reviews/complaints, I received a call from one of the owners [Kyle]. The end result was that they sold me a new vehicle [Lexus NX 350] at previous reviews/complaints, I received a call from one of the owners [Kyle]. The end result was that they sold me a new vehicle [Lexus NX 350] at a great price, and also gave my wife and I a good deal on the trade-in of the used Audi we had previously bought from them. Now, everybody is happy! Like the saying goes, "ALL'S WELL, that ENDS WELL". THANK YOU LEXUS of EDMONTON!!!! More
Customer service these days at this dealership is terrible. Had to get a tire repaired. Could drop it off but no time commitment for it to be done. Said sometime during the day. Offered to have a terrible. Had to get a tire repaired. Could drop it off but no time commitment for it to be done. Said sometime during the day. Offered to have a shuttle. Asked when I could book an appointment to wait for it to get done there wasnt one available for almost a month. If the job brings in good money the appointment is made quicker but for a small job like a tire repair they make it so inconvenient so feel like they dont care and have to go elsewhere. Like why should I? Gave you 70000 for a new car just need a quick repair and have to take it somewhere else. Their customer service used to be great. When you brought in for maintenance they would touchup easily removable scuffs or marks for free now you have to make an appointment for detailing and pay. For the price you pay it is reasonable to expect better more efficient service. If customers have to wait for so long sounds like more people need to be hired to accommodate. At the end of the day it is better to take your car to a Toyota dealership. Everything under the hood is Toyota so save the Lexus outrageous prices and get the exact same parts from Toyota. They don't rip you off like Lexus. It is unfortunate the dealership has gone downhill. With 190 being the price for an oil change you get it washed or take it to toyota for 115 and not pay 75 for a car wash. In the end buying another Lexus won't be happening. Maybe if the prices and customer service was better would purchase my third one but after these two it will be the end. Just stay away. There are alot more less than 5 star reviews then there used to be youd think they would strive to improve prices and service but could careless. More
The staff at Lexus on 170 street Edmonton are truly amazing! Helpful, courteous and always friendly. They consistently go the extra mile to find answers and make sure you are taken care of. A special amazing! Helpful, courteous and always friendly. They consistently go the extra mile to find answers and make sure you are taken care of. A special shout out to Robert Watson, the Service Manager. It's rare to come across someone as knowledgeable as he is, and even rarer to find someone so willing to share that knowledge, and help trouble shoot even my "out there" questions. Especially appreciated his help a few months ago with reprogramming my remote car starter, which had turn out to be a bigger job than expected, but he got the job done! Thank you Robert and keep it up, you are the best! More
I bought my wife a used vehicle on August 23, 2023 for her birthday, and unfortunately, it's been 'horror show' ever since. It's been one major repair after another; even at this very moment it is in the her birthday, and unfortunately, it's been 'horror show' ever since. It's been one major repair after another; even at this very moment it is in the shop for repairs to the tune of over $3,500. By the time this present bill is paid, we would have spent over $18,000 on major repair work on the vehicle [yes, that's $18,000]. We also bought an extended warranty package through Lexus of Edmonton at the time of purchase, with Global Warranty to the tune of $3,800, and they have been a 'horror-show all by themselves [it took almost three months to get the money for the parts and labour they covered on one particular job]. I reached out to the dealership to give them some idea of what our experience is like, and they cut me a cheque for $600 [Yes, you are seeing right; a $600 cheque]. I truly did not expect this poor quality of service from what's supposed to be an elite automotive dealership. More
It was my first visit to this dealership. Went in for a block heater and of course fell into the other services that they suggested. I know they upsell already at every dealership, but they told me my toe bolts were seized and they were not at all. It’s not the $209 they were going to charge me, it’s the principal. I went to Kal Tire and they told me my toe bolts rolled like butter and they did my alignment in 20 min. Won’t be going back to this dealership. Having a loaner car is nice, but you have to be able to trust that they won’t lie and say things are broken when they are not. More

I had a great experience with this car dealership. Ian Fernandez was super helpful! I would recommend this place as they were very transparent and it was a pleasure to buy a vehicle from them. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Lexus of Edmonton. I was drawn in by the concierge-style service that was described, including loaner vehicles and transportation support—especially given of Edmonton. I was drawn in by the concierge-style service that was described, including loaner vehicles and transportation support—especially given the significant distance between my home and the dealership. That level of service eliminated my initial hesitation about buying from a dealership so far away. Unfortunately, my actual service experiences have not aligned with what was promised. Scheduled service visit – I was declined a loaner or any transportation support and was told the service would only take 1.5 hours and therefore did not qualify. In reality, the service took 3.5 hours, and I was required to wait at the dealership the entire time. Rattle/noise from the front of the vehicle – On this visit, the service experience matched what was originally described, but only after I had to push for it. Breakdown and tow (Saturday, Dec 13) – My UX Hybrid died at a gas station and had to be towed in. I was not offered a courtesy vehicle at all and was told the dealership was very busy with weekend tows. No Uber voucher was offered so I could attend my appointments, despite this being part of the concierge service that was sold to me. Additionally, there were no staff available to return my vehicle, so it remained at the dealership an extra day. I was later informed on Dec 16 that staff were then available to return it. This leads me to ask: was I oversold on Lexus service and therefore developed unrealistic expectations, or is this dealership falling short of the service standards that were presented at the time of purchase? I chose Lexus in large part because of the premium service promise. At this point, the consistency of that service has been disappointing. More

If you take your car to Lexus of Edmonton make sure you that you have battery operated cameras hidden in your car. They might try to charge you for fraudulent repairs after sabotaging your vehicle. We took that you have battery operated cameras hidden in your car. They might try to charge you for fraudulent repairs after sabotaging your vehicle. We took our 2016 Lexus IS300 for a simple tire swap then while it was there, we were offered to fix the rapidly flashing signal lights and horn pitch that were working totally fine before the vehicle was taken in. What's even worse is that we have evidence recorded on dashcam and ring cameras of them working. Later that day we noted that the valet that brought the car to our home didn't mention any problems with the signal lights. My wife discovered the true problem when driving to work the following morning, as the signal lights were not working. Luckily there was nothing wrong with the horn though. I went to check her car parked at her place of work and found that the tech has stolen the 15 Amp fuse. I called customer service to complain only to have Kerri Miller refer me to the Service manager Robert Watson. He offered a fuse but, said "it was like that when it got here." I refused the free fuse as it would be 1hr 45 min round trip drive to pick it up. I went to Napa auto parts and bought it myself, then returned to my wife's car and installed it. The signal lights worked just like they did before we took the car to Lexus of Edmonton for service. I then continued a back and forth conversation with Robert Watson. He crafted a pretty good story, now in contradiction with the orignal story. The tech in this version of events noticed the missing fuse while connecting her obd reader, but chose not to share her findings. He then came up with another yarn where the dash camera installer pulled the signal light fuse 6 months ago but we somehow did not notice. The funniest issue with this story is we brought the car to his service department 2 times after the dash cam install. He then, after facing my pushback against his narrative, he, like a petulant child, implied we were lying about the missing fuse, I lost it on him and cussed him out. He is the stereotypical scummy car dealership service manager, if you have to dispute his claims make sure to record phone calls or force him to communicate over email so he can't weasel out of responsibility. He chose to throw away a 9 year customer relationship because he was too much of a coward to accept responsibilty for our fuse that went missing under his leadership. Throughout this whole ordeal, no one from the service department thought to apologize for what happened. They all acted defensive and were looking for any opportunity to discredit my issues and concerns. I'm sure Robert will reply here asking for the dashcam and ring video, he will only get to see it from a 3rd party now because of his actions. More
