I am from Victoria, BC and had been speaking with Carlos Guevara for almost a year about different cars, and he was always patient with me and very helpful. He made my overall purchasing experience great and not only before and during the sale, but also afterwards. Carlos, Shannon Herle and Jen Odynski were exceptional. I had expected to run into some trouble importing the car to BC, but the whole team helped me with all the documentation I needed and ensured it was a smooth process. I needed the car ready the same day to make the trip back to BC and they all worked hard to make that happen for me, and also followed up on my drive home to see how things were going. There were a few small things I had to leave behind but they kindly shipped them to me. Also, they took care of my mother while she was waiting for me – what more can I ask for? Overall I am a very happy customer and will be back to the dealership in the future. More
