0 stars. Worst experience of my life buying a vehicle. I am considering seeking advice from a lawyer. We bought a "certified" 07 BMW X5 that they were marketing it as an "08 and somehow we didn't realize I am considering seeking advice from a lawyer. We bought a "certified" 07 BMW X5 that they were marketing it as an "08 and somehow we didn't realize any different until after we bought it. It had issues before we even drove it off the lot. I guess that should have been the first warning sign for us. The first issues were the suspension and air conditioning. Like I said this vehicle was supposedly certified. So when we asked them why these issues weren't caught or dealt with when it was "certified", the response we got was that they don't bother repairing these issues until they know the vehicle is sold. More like they don't repair it unless you notice the issue. I really question whether any "certified" vehicle from them has passed any sort of inspection. So within the first month of having the vehicle it was in the shop 3 times and it honestly spent more time in the shop being fixed than on the road. We asked the dealership after a month if we could just return the vehicle and get a different one. They did not want to do anything to help us and stopped answering our phone calls. The next problems were: heated seats/steering wheel, steering/tilt issue (causing the vehicle to stall while driving and almost causing an accident), navigation, air shocks, tail light electrical. When another mechanic looked at it he asked us whether it had been in an accident because one side of the frame is painted a different colour. The dealership did not mention anything about it potentially being in a serious accident. During all of these issues and repairs we were made to feel like we were ones in the wrong for being upset. We again asked if we could trade the vehicle back in for another one, and they said it us too old and has too many km. its been a year now and we have had over 20 issues and I don't see an end in sight. I would say they need to replace almost all of their staff as they provide horrible customer service. The only person who has been at all helpful is Kirsten. She is probably the only reason that dealership is still in business. It's too bad they are the only BMW dealership in town because I would have went to Vancouver to buy another BMW but I would still have to deal with kelowna for the service. (I previously purchased a BMW from Brian Jessel in Vancouver and it was nothing but a pleasure to deal with them). I will likely purchase another type of vehicle just so I don't have to ever deal with them again. Seriously reconsider if you are looking at buying a vehicle from them. You are far better off going to Vancouver (not to mention they are way over priced in kelowna). More

Having purchased a lemon at this dealership I spent several years constantly taking it in for repairs. Sales and Service employees were always very friendly and helpful, with Kirsten being most accomm several years constantly taking it in for repairs. Sales and Service employees were always very friendly and helpful, with Kirsten being most accommodating and always went out of her way to help relieve some of the frustrations this car was causing. The last time it was in for repair however, it was there for 10 days. It was returned to me still not repaired, and I was told the mechanic could not find the problem. After questioning why there was just under 300 kms. put on the car while in for repairs, (apparently the mechanic needed to take it home to Westbank,) I received an extremely nasty and disrespectful phone call at my workplace from the General Manager, Gord Hayes. He ranted at me that "I wasn't appreciative" that the mechanic took my car home, on his own time, to test drive it. The call lasted several minutes, and without him even allowing me to speak. The conversation ended with him telling me that he would no longer service my vehicle and that I should take it to Vancouver or Calgary! Prior to dealing with Gord Hayes, I would have considered purchasing again at this dealership. However, as long as he is the general manager, it's the last place I would buy or ever recommend. I now understand why there is such a large turnover of staff there. I have since sold the lemon and purchased a new vehicle elsewhere. More
Kirsten has been very good and has been a strong influence on us reccomending other people to the dealership. I will say that we have not had any problems or issues and have always been greeted with influence on us reccomending other people to the dealership. I will say that we have not had any problems or issues and have always been greeted with a smile. Kirsten is a keeper. We ffel as though it is easy to complain but from what I have seen this dealership is top notch. More
I took me car in to diagnose a Check Engine Light. The initial visit was fantastic. They got me in without an appointment and spent a fair bit of time investigating the porblem. However, upon picking the initial visit was fantastic. They got me in without an appointment and spent a fair bit of time investigating the porblem. However, upon picking the vehicle up, I noticed a big (about 3 in x 1 in) strip of paint hanging off the front bumper. This is where things took a turn for the worse. I immediately informed the dealership of the problem. Kirsten passed the information on to the service manager. This was the last time anybody responded to one of my calls or emails for about 10 days. Every time I tried to get a solution to the problem, I was told somebody would be in touch with me. Nobody would ever call or email me back. I eventually went to the dealership manager, Gord Hayes. As somebody in a previous review also stated, he quickly went to the assertion that there was no evidence one way or the other as to whether the vehicle was damaged before it came it to the dealership, and called it a "He said / she said" situation. This dealership is a member of the Brian Johnston Auto Group in Kelowna. I'll be going to both them and BMW Canada to seek resolution on this problem. More

The experience with David Stratton on my new X3 was fantastic. From start to finish, he was professional and courteous. David took the time to explain the vehicle, what has changed and about the dealer fantastic. From start to finish, he was professional and courteous. David took the time to explain the vehicle, what has changed and about the dealership. I have read several opinions on this dealership and feel like it is all about who you deal with. David has obviously been serving customers for years and knows what real customer service is all about. I highly reccomend him and the dealership. I feel like it is easy to complain but nobody seems to provide enough praise when things are done right. More
The worst service I have ever received from a BMW dealership. I am from the lower mainland and these guys just take advantage of them being the only dealership in the Okanagan. I needed a loaner car dealership. I am from the lower mainland and these guys just take advantage of them being the only dealership in the Okanagan. I needed a loaner car and was told that there is a 30 dollar a day fee, never heard of this before from any other dealership but they worst part was that they told me it came directly from BMW Canada. When i contacted BMW Canada i was told that they do not deal with the loaner cars its on the dealership. But being the only dealership in the area i had to take my car in. I was hearing a crackle from my front speakers, took it in and was told there was no issue and got charged for the first time ever for a BMW dealership looking at an issue (my car is still under its full factory warranty) but it was clear that there was an issue so when i took the car in to my regular BMW Dealership a couple weeks later, without an appointment they sent their foreman out to listen and he noticed the issue. Booked me in right away and replaced both my front speakers because they were blown. Only time I have ever been to the dealership and am completely annoyed with the service i received, have been going to BMW dealerships for years and my experience was never less than great, amazing customer service every time, except for BMW Kelowna, and when I asked about the 30 dollar fee, I received a rude answer and was not happy especially because my car is under full warranty and there was clearly an issue that BMW Langley was able to fix for me right away. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone you are better off driving three and a half hours to Langley BMW in the lower-mainland than bringing your car in here. More
