Work was thorough, accurate as to estimate of downtime and recommendations with pricing of required future service were given. We were given accurate information as I've already had insight on some deficiencies from my recently retired private mechanic. I really appreciated the honest and thorough service. Only complaint was after my repeated warnings that my wife would need the courtesy shuttle, the shuttle person told my wife they had no information of that request. Otherwise a very pleasant visit. I have a 2004 CRV-- Time for an oil change at 135,000 K, swap Snow Tires (on rims) for my summer and nicer Honda wheels, and fix the driver's door loc I have a 2004 CRV-- Time for an oil change at 135,000 K, swap Snow Tires (on rims) for my summer and nicer Honda wheels, and fix the driver's door lock which fell or was pushed inside the door...possible attempted break-in?? brought my book, relaxed in the lounge, made a cuppa VanHoutte coffee and also read the complimentary Vancouver Province.. job was finished in the estimated time, car was washed & vacuumed, I paid my bill and headed out.
