Work was thorough, accurate as to estimate of downtime and recommendations with pricing of required future service were given. We were given accurate information as I've already had insight on some deficiencies from my recently retired private mechanic. I really appreciated the honest and thorough service. Only complaint was after my repeated warnings that my wife would need the courtesy shuttle, the shuttle person told my wife they had no information of that request. Otherwise a very pleasant visit. Appointment made by phone, work was done on time!
