Enjoyable experience at Jonker Honda! I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from Jonker Honda and can't say enough of how well I was treated from the time I arrived on the lot to the time I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from Jonker Honda and can't say enough of how well I was treated from the time I arrived on the lot to the time I drove away. Alan,Emmanuel,Linda and Kelly all treated me like I was a person and not just making a sale. I'm impressed with the follow up also. Emmanuel gave me a courtesy call and I received e-mails from the sales manager and Erik Jonker himself. I was very impressed and would definitely buy there again and encourage others to do likewise. friendly excellent Honda family I started coming here in 1997 when I brought my 1995 Honda Civic I just retired her to a family that is not a high miler like me ! Still going up all 176 st hills like it was nothing! Never any smoke or anything like that. yes a new water pump and rad but heck with that mileage on her you knew you would.! 98 % of all work done on her was at Jonker Honda ! they kept her is real good shape even drove her back to Ont. one summer. They never push you to have work done Tell you what is needed now and what could be put off until you have the funds I just brought a new 2016 fit from them and will get my service from them. Here is to having *Light Lighting * for 19 years with the help of this service department I am sure I will ! Donot open your hood to strangers ! :-) More

Given Estimate for Parts that Were in Fine Working Order Took 1998 Honda Civic in because e-brake light would come on and off. I paid around $37 for a full break system check, after which I was told there wo Took 1998 Honda Civic in because e-brake light would come on and off. I paid around $37 for a full break system check, after which I was told there would be $1500 in work to be done to fix the problem. Report indicated that front calipers and rear wheel cylinders were leaking and needed replacing as well as rear shoes, front pads and rotors. I didn't get the work done because it seemed way over price so I got a second opinion. Only thing leaking was a very small minor leak on the driver side caliper. No leaks reported on the passenger caliper or either of the rear wheel cylinders. I was told pads in front and back could wait at least another year or two at which time you could replace the caliper with the small leak or just top up the brake reservoir whenever the light comes on, which I had done about 6 months before taking it into Honda. So takes about 6 months before any lights come on. I think I'll top up the reservoir and save myself $1500. If they would have been honest and said driver said caliper is leaking, brake pads are due to be replaced soon would you like us to do them at the same time. I probably would have said hold off on the pads, just change out the caliper for now. But replacing parts that didn't need replacing (ie. passenger side caliper and rear wheel cylinders) makes me question the integrity and honesty of this shop. I plan on taking my car elsewhere from now on. Shocking that you can't even trust your local dealership! More
