Do yourself a favour. ...study the Utube videos....the process of knowing what vehicle you want,,,Note they would not give a written quote with all costs itemized...they ho ...study the Utube videos....the process of knowing what vehicle you want,,,Note they would not give a written quote with all costs itemized...they hoped you except their price and their interest rate and monthly payment....I went to a competitor armed with knowledge that i have no written quote other than a price...an interest rate,,,,The competitor broke down all items such as Doc fee etc......So i walked out the door and got the paper work properly from a competitor....i have not bought yet....i have spent 3 weeks on research and will wait another 30 days and get into Dec....and then make year end offers knowing that i am a more educated buyer.....Jonker policy is to not give you a written quote.....You cant do this Jonker....you have to declare up front all the costs not some of them More
Purchased a Honda Pilot Touring from Ali Roshan, I must say this was the most smoothest and easy purchase we have ever made for a vehicle. Ali was not pushy and very helpful. Horrible service. After charging $280 for oil change just $107 and alignment $130. Checked my car with 18k km in 3 years. They said everything is good with car and ready to go. They found A/C leak (bcz Honda give extra 10 years for A/C) and probably replaced I hope. Nobody noticed that my tire is damaged really bad and is still in warranty. I show them tire. Manager of service department told me the tire is still good and safe for driving but we need to replace. My car was there 24h and I need to wait 1/2 hours more . They told me why I didn't told them that. I ask them do I need to change my oil and pay u guys? In 4 service i pay 3 times alignment..bcz last time I was fighting with them and proved that result are same like last time after alignment...after that checked again alignment and was great!! Really horrible service and I'm disappointed 😞 with Jonker Honda..they don't have a replacement car for you!!! Sadly for 2021!!! More

I phoned to ask what time they were open and if I could come by to see a 2005 Honda Pilot. When I got there, I was told that it was locked up I the detailing shop. They ended up getting it out but had some come by to see a 2005 Honda Pilot. When I got there, I was told that it was locked up I the detailing shop. They ended up getting it out but had some story about a friend of an employee who wanted it but the manager was like, “I told him that I wasn’t going to hold it, since you were already here”. It was getting late so the manager said that if I wanted it, I could put down a deposit and test drive it after the weekend as I was not going to be available for a few days. So my friend (who is a mechanic) does an inspection and finds about $2000 - $3000 worth of work needed on it. (Including the timing belt). During the inspection, all of a sudden the manager gets really rude and tells me that I need to test drive it now and decide now because he just spoke to the other person who wants it and will take it now (even though they are about to close). Although the manager agrees with the mechanic’s concerns, he refuses to do the work before selling it to me AND refuses to negotiate because he has this other person who will take it as is. He got defensive when I asked him if the other person knew about the necessary repairs and then tried to tell me that I should “understand”. More
