Jonker service :) My car on arrival was dealt wth promptly by the service greeter,Jill.She was very friendly & polite.Estimated time needed for my service was ALL day,m My car on arrival was dealt wth promptly by the service greeter,Jill.She was very friendly & polite.Estimated time needed for my service was ALL day,maybe till next morning.Got a call by 4:30 was all finished & ready for pick up.Great customer service.Maybe in future customers who have purchased a vehicle new and get All their servicing @ J.Honda could get a loyalty discount say maybe 5%. washer fluid problem service was good the only thing to say is I told service manager not to top up windshield washer he also wrote on work order they filled it up with service was good the only thing to say is I told service manager not to top up windshield washer he also wrote on work order they filled it up with the poor washer fluid u use I had to drain tank clean windows run vinegar and water thru lines and clean with specialty cleaner I bought took an hour to clean this also happened last time I had service speedy auto glass cleaned that time for $100.00 this better not happen again More
Repair of transmission cables I am happy with the service. Some mice had crept under the hood of my car and chewed my transmission cable. Jill explained the process for diagnosis very clearly and recommended to try to repair it instead of replacing the whole harness. The repair was successfully done and was much cheaper. Promise kept During a recall appointment in January the service person apparently broke a part and Jonker reported this to me and sent off to order the part. The part arrived around March 10th and the service department called and I took the car in the same day for the part to be replaced. I couldn't see the part that had been broken but now I know it is repaired anyways!! More
Extremely Disappointed with Jonker Honda Our 2005 Accord broke down recently and had to be towed to Honda for service because it was unable to be driven. When depressing the gas pedal there w Our 2005 Accord broke down recently and had to be towed to Honda for service because it was unable to be driven. When depressing the gas pedal there was no acceleration, grinding noises, the engine light came on and the "D" light on the dash was flashing. I had it towed to Jonker Honda because I have been a long time, loyal customer of Jonkers and have always been very impressed with their product and staff. After checking the vehicle over I was told that they recommended installing a speed sensor switch that might fix the problem but was also told that it may still end up needing a new transmission. I gave the go ahead to try the speed sensor switch because I trusted that Honda knew what they were doing and they were the experts. After ordering one in and installing it they informed me that it didn't work and I would need either a new transmission or a rebuilt one and quoted me prices for both. Because of the high cost involved I contacted several transmission companies for second opinions and was told that based on the symptoms there was absolutely NO REASON to have installed the speed sensor switch, the transmission obviously needed replacing. Jonker Honda insisted on charging me a total of $285 for this unnecessary repair. Every transmission company insisted they would not have done this. I had the vehicle towed to one of those companies for repair and am very happy with their price (much lower) and service. I am VERY disappointed in Jonker Honda, I have been dealing with them since 1998, have bought 2 new vehicles from them and have had ALL of our service done at their shop. I was planning to buy either a 2017 Pilot or Ridgeline in the fall but I am definitely questioning whether I will go with Honda again. I feel that they took advantage of me solely for the purpose of making money off of me. Had they been more honest I would have had them repair my transmission, just like all the other repairs and service I have had done by them over the years. Either their mechanics don't actually know what they are doing or they just want to maximize the profits and don't care about looking after the needs of long time, loyal customers. More

I understand there are costs when you have to replace something but when it only took 20 minutes longer for this to be done and the part was a little over $75.00 why over $210.00 More
