We reviewed your repair order and indeed the battery was tested and in-good shape. Most likely a light in your car was left on which drained your battery when you got home.

I find it hard to believe that that is the dealership's response. If a light had been left on, why was the battery not recharged while driving? Why did it have to be replaced? In a few short hours my battery went from good to needing to be replaced. Again, I question that it was checked. This is the sort of condescending, flippant response that I have learned to expect from this dealership.
