OIL Change - have to think about my earlier question. Should have taken 45 minutes for oil change but when I returned after an hour the car was not ready and I was kept waiting for hour and a half until Should have taken 45 minutes for oil change but when I returned after an hour the car was not ready and I was kept waiting for hour and a half until I approached the front desk to ask what was happening. I was waiting for the service clerk (Greg) out side but when he came out of the door he picked up the first man who started to ask him questions. After few minutes he knew my eyes were fixed on him and he asked Andrea to help me, but she immediately said she has other people waiting inside. What really got me was I know Andrea for a long time, but she did not even have a greeting or smile on her face when I looked at her. She passed by me several times but pretended she does not know me. I have never bothered you guys to give me a ride anywhere or for any other small things. Whatever work is done I have paid for it. While back I thought I had problem with my battery and took in to see if I needed to replace the battery, and after having charged the battery, I was asked to give $45 or more dollars for that by Andrea, I gasped at that price and she said they have to pay to the guys who worked on it. Unfortunately, I was working with my credit card that morning and left it on my desk and I was so ashamed. I told her I will go home and call her immediately with my credit card, and she said she will let it go that one time. When I mentioned this incident to Randy Ohno the next time, he was so furious. After more than hour and a half I was given the Invoice to pay and I asked for the Inspection checklist which is given to me every time with the Invoice, and it went missing. After few minutes Greg picked up a fresh checklist and just filled it up with no brake condition report. I miss Randy and now I know it was because of him I kept going to Honda for service. I was thinking of getting a new Honda, but since my last service my mind is changed. Whether to get Honda and go to Surrey for service or change the car all together. Small things happen all the time when I take my car for service (after Randy left) , but I never questioned or complained. Last time it really got me bad. More
Continued disappointment Originally brought car in as my check engine light was on. They came up with a possible cause, cost over $300 to fix. 3 days later light back on. Bring it back and they advise the part was possibly faulty. They order new part and assure me it will be no cost to me. Interestingly when I return the car they say it wasn't that part, but another that would cost over $400. I have serviced my car here for over 5 years. I have now lost trust in this company. Very disappointed. More

Wonderful service! Took my Honda CRV into Jonker Honda and had them check my wheel alignment and balance. They wash the car for free also with every service! Drove me to the mall while waiting for the car to be serviced and picked up after it was done! Great Service! More
