Unreasonable Quote My vehicle needed a new front brake on ow side due to a ceased caliper. I went through the trouble of dropping the car off the night before using the My vehicle needed a new front brake on ow side due to a ceased caliper. I went through the trouble of dropping the car off the night before using the available key drop service. The next morning, the dealer quoted me a price of nearly 1200 dollars for the repair. This was for one wheel only, not both sides. I decided to take the repair elsewhere and the entire cost (parts and labour) for both front wheels (calipers rotors and pads) was 600 dollars. This is nothing short of an attempt to gouge a long term customer in my opinion. Admittedly I can accept a somewhat higher cost to have a vehicle repaired with genuine Honda parts and Service, but 1200 dollars for one brake repair is simply off the charts. I won't go back. More
