feeling misled the last two times before this time, Jonker has recommended that I have the valve cover gasket replaced (at a cost of ~$200.00) as there is a small am the last two times before this time, Jonker has recommended that I have the valve cover gasket replaced (at a cost of ~$200.00) as there is a small amount of oil seepage (my car is 17 yrs old and a bit of seepage is not a big deal). This past service they mentioned that my car is scheduled for a valve adjustment which would involve the replacement of this valve cover gasket as part of the procedure. This would mean that had I followed their recommendation I would replaced the gasket within a year of replacing it yet again. This lack of foresight on part of the service "advisors" show little regard for the customers' best interests and total regard for the profitability of the dealer. I always regard their service recommendations with distrust. More

I saved Honda for last as I had a feeling once I drove a Honda, it would be game over. I was looking to trade in my Honda FIT for a newer model or something comparable; I didn't find what I was looking for at the other dealers (service and performance) so I finally made my way over to Jonker Honda. As soon as I put the key in the ignition, I knew what my decision would be. Rael was informative without being pushy and threw in some extra perks so solidify the deal. Linda dealt with the finance part of the deal and was very knowledgeable, patient, and, most of all, personable. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Rael or Jonker Honda and look forward to the same great service when it comes time for maintenance on my new vehicle. More
