Upfront with costs. Changed oil... I thought that the car needed alignment;however, it was only tire that needed air. They suggested that suspension may need fixing; ho Changed oil... Amazing service and knowledgable staff This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle so of course I was nervous but Sarav really made me feel at ease because he was very informative This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle so of course I was nervous but Sarav really made me feel at ease because he was very informative and genuine while helping me. Kelly from the finance department was amazing as well. She was very detailed when explaining paperwork and her customer service was amazing. I can't remember her name, but the woman who assisted me with getting my insurance was Also extremely helpful. She ensured I got the lowest and discounted insurance rate possible. I would rate her a 5. While I was waiting, Alan made sure I was comfortable by offering refreshments and after I purchased my car he arranged a drop off for me. I love my car! We now have 4 Honda vehicles in our family :) More
