terrible service We have had a few big issues, all involving warranty work, The paint was coming off the wheels and we were getting them repainted under warranty and w We have had a few big issues, all involving warranty work, The paint was coming off the wheels and we were getting them repainted under warranty and when I got the car back one wheel was dark grey and all the other wheels were satin silver which is what they are supposed to be, when I mentioned it to the service customer service person, they said it is just your imagination and its a shadow. My husband had to bring my vehicle back in the next day and talk to the service manager. The most recent issue was the airbag recall and about 10 months ago we called the dealership when the notice came from Honda Canada and the dealership told us the part would be ordered right away and that they would call us when the part came in, we called two months later and were told the same thing , then 6 months later, my husband called and the part was finally ordered and the car went in to get the work done we were also getting the seatbelt fixed at the same time as it was putting the SRS light on all the time and has been doing so since the car was 1 week old. When I got the car back my leather steering wheel was ripped and shredded and the seat was clunking when I went to sit in it. We complained right away and the technician came out and saw the steering wheel and and said" ohh, I think I know what happened" so after some discussion the dealership finally agreed to fix the steering wheel but not the seat, I was told the bushing in the seat was probably broken already, the seat was fine before the car went in, this vehicle was bought new and is a second vehicle for us and only see's 10000km per year if it is lucky, it still smells new. My husband once again had to call the dealership and speak to the manager and finally after weeks of waiting for a part that apparently was sitting in the back, it is going in to be fixed, I am dreading something else happening to my vehicle when it goes it. We have had servicing where fluids have not been topped up or replaced that were part of the servicing, Doesn't make me trust Honda. We were looking at a new Honda Pilot but I think I will go with a Ford Explorer instead for the price and our other vehicle is a Ford and the service at the dealerships is great, All my family are getting rid of Honda's as we have all had issues not just at this dealership but other ones within the province of BC, especially for warranty work. More

Very pleasant We have lived in Langley for 40 years. Bought our Honda Fit from your dealership in 2013. Came back and looked at the new HR-V and the new CR-V. Due to the financing rate offered we went for the top of the line CR-V and traded in the Honda Fit. Test drove the CR-V and liked it. Because of the financing rate we were able to afford the Touring Model. I am in the Langley Lions Club for over 30 years and Sarav is also a member in the Langley Lions Club. It was a pleasure dealing with Sarav. More

They didn't have the car we wanted in stock and he took our name and notified us as soon as a car came We had excellent service from Scott Stephens. Regular service plus dignostic work Car was in for regular service and I also requested them to diagnose a drive train vibration which felt like CV joint/halfshaft problems. The service Car was in for regular service and I also requested them to diagnose a drive train vibration which felt like CV joint/halfshaft problems. The service was done correctly and promptly with the car returned nice and clean as usual and they had found that the shafts needed replacement. This is the first unscheduled work the car has needed in five years and 156,000Km. which I find more than satisfactory. Complimentary shuttle service was quick too. This is my second car bought and serviced through this dealer and I have been very satisfied with all aspects of dealing with them. The only reason I would go somewhere else in future is if my next car wasn't a Honda! More
