Fantastic Experience Although we had already done quite a bit of research on the car we wanted to buy,we were still extremely impressed by our salesperson Sarav's knowledg Although we had already done quite a bit of research on the car we wanted to buy,we were still extremely impressed by our salesperson Sarav's knowledge and salesmanship in showcasing the car we were eyeing. Instead of a test drive, it felt more like a demonstration - which we liked! His knowledge was impressive and helpful. He also had a personality that made him easy to connect with; without being overbearing or aggressive in the least. When the time came to talk numbers, we didn't feel like any games were being played. Sarav was straight forward and spoke in simple language - we were able to reach a deal easily. Through to the end of paperwork and driving away, Sarav was present and made sure our needs were well taken care of. In the end, our "demo" continued right before we drove off with Sarav in the backseat making sure we knew our the basic features of our new car and left as assured that if any questions arose, we could just call him. Overall, I would say the buying experience was straightforward and easy - I didn't feel pressured, overwhelmed, or rushed. Sarav and Jonker made it an easy decision. More
