The car was dropped off at the appointed time and I also got the car back at the time that I was given. I was given a ride to Fitness World nearby so I didn't have to wait at the dealership. This first part was good. Now for the bad part, I booked my service appointment through the website. I chose the 'Fall/Winter Special', price was in the $80 range. When I was about to pay, I pointed out the price I was being charged seemed higher ($157)... ALMOST TWICE THE PRICE!!! So I said, that was not the price I was given online, the service attendant told me the price was 'old'. 1. If the price was old, the dealership has the responsibility of ensuring pricing is accurate online. The online service appointment is what people primarily use when not calling directly for an appointment time. 2. The price stated should have been honoured and price corrected online thereafter. The rate difference as a whole is negligible. But these are the kind of things that prevent people from having more people go to dealership for servicing. These are the 'horror stories' that are told when people get together about getting services at the dealership. I am not entirely sure if I would go back again, not knowing if I'm going to get charged something different that what I originally booked. More

Didn't even know my veh has no air filter I will never come in on a weekend again Service guy was a new guy Don't know who the mechanic was but they said " our cabin filter will need looked I will never come in on a weekend again Service guy was a new guy Don't know who the mechanic was but they said " our cabin filter will need looked at in future " The 2000 Doesn't Have a filter!!! The rad cap on the radiator that was not installed right in the first place (and it tool Three times for you to get right), now has a leaky cap, and you initially wanted me to pay for it. We had to tell them to change the spark plugs and check hoses ( last time they didn't and a hose blew a week later) told them to take it for a drive before and after so they could feel what was wrong. So they would know if they fixed it. They didn't, so afterwards said " I don't see anything wrong " I don't have the service guys name handy, but your survey won't let me send without ticking a name. STUPID! More
