no pressure and very accommodating I was very busy. My car was needed by a family member. So I wanted to buy the car I was planning to buy in the next year or so. Took it for a drive. later the next week after more research, and checking in on cars that I had looked at, I sent an email to Scott regarding buying the CRV. A couple of emails later we had a price and a date . I did not have to sit in some little cubicle and be humiliated, or talked down to. It was refreshing to have the option to do it this way. I phoned to make an appointment with Rebecca at service department of Jonker Honda in Langley; I told her the problems I have with my SRS system which was recalled and done in different dealership. She arranged very quickly for me to bring the car in. She ordered the part , and have it installed in no time at all. The Service Dept gave me a full report of problems with the SRS system, and advised to other Honda dealership to fix it. I got done under warranty,I really appreciate for Jonker' staff helped to save money which is not the main reason write this, it is the pride and honesty of them. I am truly thank you guys all.
