Poor Service, overpriced. Didn't do what was asked for and cost was 50%. Over quote. I made multiple trips to your dealership and I found your personnel working as a team and very helpful. Jim Gillis met me on my first arrival and was very pleasant and not pushy. Dan Sak was a very honest and thoughtful sales person as well as a gentlemen through the process. Francesco was a very kind and enjoyable sales person that was willing to spend whatever time it took to inform me of the product I was seeking. Stella was pleasant and a very accommodating finance person. Victoria was a very nice and gentile insurance agent. The whole process was a team effort at Yonker and I drove away from your facility feeling very satisfied. More

no pressure and very accommodating I was very busy. My car was needed by a family member. So I wanted to buy the car I was planning to buy in the next year or so. Scott heard what I was looking for and showed my what I might be interested in. Took it for a drive. later the next week after more research, and checking in on cars that I had looked at, I sent an email to Scott regarding buying the CRV. A couple of emails later we had a price and a date . I did not have to sit in some little cubicle and be humiliated, or talked down to. It was refreshing to have the option to do it this way. It worked well with my schedule. A huge thank you to Scott and your dealership for giving consumers the liberty to shop this way. Thanks for stepping outside of the box. More

He let us know that the parts would take longer than expected to arrive, probably a couple of weeks, and as much as we were unhappy with having to wait a couple of weeks for the parts to arrive, we recognized that this was something out of Chris's control. I phoned to make an appointment with Rebecca at service department of Jonker Honda in Langley; I told her the problems I have with my SRS system which was recalled and done in different dealership. She arranged very quickly for me to bring the car in. She ordered the part , and have it installed in no time at all. The Service Dept gave me a full report of problems with the SRS system, and advised to other Honda dealership to fix it. I got done under warranty,I really appreciate for Jonker' staff helped to save money which is not the main reason write this, it is the pride and honesty of them. I am truly thank you guys all.
