Transmission service I had a service done last week. One week later the car had trouble shifting. I took it back for trouble shooting. They said a shift solenoid was stick I had a service done last week. One week later the car had trouble shifting. I took it back for trouble shooting. They said a shift solenoid was sticking and it needed a fluid change. Why was it not changed when I had the service done ? Then I was told if the problem returned I would need to get a new transmission. I went to a transmission shop & they said they could just change the solenoid , saving me thousands of dollars. More

Dishonest and do not act on good faith Took my car to be serviced and they broke a very expensive part, neglected to tell me about it, thankfully I took it somewhere else the next day and t Took my car to be serviced and they broke a very expensive part, neglected to tell me about it, thankfully I took it somewhere else the next day and they told me the part had been broken. Upon my return to honda they attempted to tell me they had told me about the broken part which they had not. Gave me a refund for the service (150) that resulted in the broken part but refused to replace the part they broke which will cost me around 700 just for the part, not including the Labour. I would avoid this location. More
