Looking to trade in and purchase a used CRV I set up an appointment with Gurdeep, we met and I asked to review my Crv because of budget and he said they would be to drive the used Crv. I did and I set up an appointment with Gurdeep, we met and I asked to review my Crv because of budget and he said they would be to drive the used Crv. I did and as I told him at the beginning it may not happen because of price and it depended on the difference we would be looking at. We went for the drive, and he said the manager was reviewing my Crv. He then went and dealt with other customers, which was fine. He came back with a price difference of $20,000 difference between my 2009 and their 2011, and I just said this is way apart and is not going to happen. He start to tell me that my Crv is basically done and I needed a newer one? I said it was not worth talking about it as we would be to far apart so could I get my keys, he did get them for me but said to me Thank You but continued on to say for wasting my time. I just said okay and left. I have spent at Jonker about $2,500.00 between my spouses 2010, daughters 2004 and my sons 2015 civics. Bt that will not happen anymore we will go else where for services as well as future purchases. More
Happy with experience, but there were a few issues Mr Lamiel is very pleasant and has an excellent approach to sales. My only negative comment, in respect of Mr Lamiel, would be that the sales negotiation was not properly documented and I was slightly confused as to the terms of the sale. However, some of this may be down to my husband and myself. I was very disappointed with being made to make an appointment to pay for the vehicle (as opposed to making an appointment to collect the vehicle)(also being told that I couldn't fix an appointment for the date of my choice, as you were too busy). This was very disappointing, in particular, as I was paying cash for the vehicle and the lengthy payment process seemed to be mainly an opportunity for your team to attempt to ply me with costly upgrades when all I wanted was to pay. In addition to the above, the vehicle came with less than a half tank of gas, and it would have been a nice touch (and not too costly) to have provided a full tank. More

Helpful & overall good experience I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Jonker Honda. For years I have avoided all Honda dealerships due to an aweful experience at Su I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Jonker Honda. For years I have avoided all Honda dealerships due to an aweful experience at Surrey Honda where the service guy forced a key that was not mine into my door. Jonker Honda seems to know what they are doing and keep to their commitments (I was called when my part came in & the recall work on my airbag was completed in a timely manner). More
Pushy sales tactics I didn't end up buying from Jonker Honda for 2 reasons.. Firstly, the sales associate was asking me a lot of questions about my job and my income. I believe he thought he was trying to be "secretive"in finding out how much money I make, but it was blatantly obvious.. I believe any salesman may ask "what is your budget for buying a car?", however, don't ask a person how much they make and then come up with a price. Secondly, the sales manager was VERY pushy and almost tried to guilt me into buying a car. He slammed the idea of me purchasing any other vehicle except for his one. His main selling point was that his vehicle would out race any other vehicle I was interested in. Seriously man.. Do i look like a go drag racing on a saturday night with my buddies??? Know your audience.. , More
